  1. Pics, specs, when you looking to sell etc.
  2. I keep looking at other cars and stuff for next year, keep coming back to Honda's. Didn't somebody on here have a lush EP3 CTR?
  3. You mean I'm muscular :$ You're pretty much right though, 14" standard, 16.5" pumped and about 15" there. Am putting the work in big time now though, I'll check back in weeks.
  4. I never said I was impressive. I am focused on core strength really, the "bulking up" and size is something I don't really care about anymore. I have gained 3KG's within the last 5 days since I have started doing a bit more weight. Give me 6 weeks and I'll do an update in the gym thread with a full torso shot. 83.4kg's with my clothes on, 6ft.
  5. Worst photo ever. I went to the gym with the woman tonight, and she refused to video me benching and said it was gay.
  6. If you want the honest truth I do see it, but the people who ridicule me are such small fish in the grand scheme of my life that I couldn't care less. I only come on here to keep up to date with four, maybe five people. You may notice that the people who don't "ridicule" me and actually have respect for what I say are the older people who have been on the forum for years and know how to pick apart my terrible wording and work out what I actually mean.
  7. Do one. I come on here because people of the car thread need me. And to be fair I am rarely wrong but whenever I am people go crazy about it because I am nearly always right in one way or another.
  8. At least you didn't dispute that trials is gay. I swear it never said trials in the thread title. As I say, if it did then I might have missed it. But surely not.
  9. The topic DID NOT say "for trials" when I posted, otherwise I wouldn't have looked. Because trials is gay.
  10. Don't be a retard Mike, you have missed my point by miles. If that £20,000 Atom was constantly chipped and every single person offered him £17,000 for it then it wouldn't be long before the guy dropped the price. That is what has happened to the 172 and is why it is so cheap, and it will happen to the 182 within the next year. Scrotes and young kids without much money want to buy that sort of car, so everybody who puts one up for sale is offered peanuts for it which results in the prices coming down. To a point now where there are more Clio Sports being broken for parts than sold as on the road vehicles, because they are worth more in bits. My point is not performance to £'s it is that we as consumers control the price of used vehicles.
  11. You know I've been off them for like 12 weeks yeah? I'll happily do another course and properly document it if everybody is interested?
  12. Hardly practical, but I have a set of BeyerDynamic DT100's which are 20 years old and have been used in studio 10's of times. Literally the best headphones on the market IMO. Industry standard
  13. I'll sort something out, but not at 10 at night. I'll try and get my mate to get a video of me benching when we are at the gym tomorrow or something.
  14. 1.2, Twinair or diesel? The only thing I would say is that if you are going for a Pop make sure it has the Blue & Me upgrade, because it is SO good.
  15. Say what? Way to make yourself look like a raging fanny. You know a Renault Clio cup car can lap most UK circuits as fast as a Porsche GT2 cup car? I've noticed a couple of shitty snobby car comments from you about smaller hatchbacks, not just about my car but to other peoples posts too. What's the issue with "shity French hatchbacks"? *edit* Also, who said anything about going fast in them?
  16. Seat stitching if you go for a Lounge model, and gearboxes if you go for a twin air. My honest opinion? They are excellent, very very very good little cars. They are fun to drive, amazingly cheap and if you are buying them new as an example with a £500 deposit I'd be able to do £1850 off the list price and a £500 deposit contribution which would make it £129 a month. Win IMO.
  17. My point is though that why should you pay more for a car like a 182? It isn't actually any better, even standard. The high price is only there because of a misguided public perception of the vehicles worth. If everybody knew that a 182 was actually no better than a 172 then nobody would pay the extra money, and 182's would drop to a point where people could justify the price difference. Probably not explained that very well to be fair lol Let me try again, you guys know how shit I am at getting stuff like this across. The two cars are pretty much the same, and my point isn't about a performance comparison, or how great a deal my car might seem. Simply that the 182 is an unjustified price hike by a fair amount and that if everybody offered low on the more expensive car then eventually the prices would drop?
  18. I just started off an interesting debate on another forum, I'd be interested in the views you guys have on this one. Somebody told me that my car was cheap and that I got a great deal, I told him that his car was expensive due to demand and that actually I paid spot on money for my car. The way I see it is; The used car market is directly controlled by us as used vehicle buyers, our demand is reflected in the prices of certain used vehicles and the higher the demand the higher the prices. I paid £1000 for my 1 owner from new, full service history 2001 Clio 172 and then spent £200 remapping it which made it have more power and more torque than a Clio 182. (The Clio 172 and Clio 182 are IDENTICAL cars, just produced two years apart and one having a supposed 10bhp more from the factory...that was actually more like 4bhp) A guy off Clio Sport recently purchased his car which is identical in every way (even down to the same miles) however his car is a "182" and is three years newer. What would you expect the price difference between the two cars to be? £500? £750? £1000 even? No, he paid £3700 for his Clio 182. Almost 4x as much as I did for mine. And his car is considered "cheap" by other people on Clio Sport? I put it to Clio Sport that as the largest "Clio" forum in the world if the perceived public value of a Clio 182 was a realistic figure then it would bring the price of 182's down. If every £4000 Clio 182 that was listed on there was offered £3000 it wouldn't be long before people were putting them up for £3500, slowly bringing down the price of the used car market until the figures reached a point where you weren't paying an over inflated price for something not deserving of it's price tag. Also more importantly, it works in an opposite way. If EVERYBODY on Clio Sport put the price of their 172's up by £750 doubtlessly the use car prices would improve, adding desirability to their "cheap" 172's. Long and short of it is, who agrees that what I have said is true? Not necessarily a good thing, but true.
  19. Long live the best medical advice forum on the internet.
  20. I just took in an Audi Q7 S Line "executive" which cost £66718 two years ago...As a PX for a 500 Convertible.
  21. Good post Tom, I'm glad you're open minded and you have a good attitude The work still needs to be put in as you say, you're still working hard it's all just accelerated. I hit the gym tonight after an hour swim, just did a 20 minutes weight session and 200 ab crunches on the resistance press. Was a nice little routine actually, I swam 50 25m lengths and then went up to the gym, started with 5 sets of 5 bench presses at 70KG's + bar with a bit of a stretch out in between, 10 chin dips and 10 pull ups, 5 sets of 10 reps on the fixed rower at 90KG's and then 10 sets of lat pull downs at 70KG's. Enough to make me feel achy anyway
  22. Probably be ok to be honest, as a daily routine that seems great for core strength. It's pretty much what I do every morning. I'd suggest getting a 5kg medicine ball and a single 15kg dumbell (sainsburys have these on offer at the moment for £6) and throwing 20 bicep curls and 20 bi-lat push ups in the mix too. I've found that in the evening post work out having a GOOD flexing session of just tensing your muscles like you are posing and holding them for 10 seconds really helps with the stiffness the next morning. If you can't get a set of dumbells try and do a couple inverted/handstand pressup's, they are for people who are hard as f**k. They're badass prison workouts but they really do work.
  23. Dianabol and not going to the gym is like taking LSD and trying to read a book. You're going to need to be doing some pretty strenuous and explosive workouts to get the effects of D-Bol.
