  1. i am trying to sell my ZOO! pitbull Spec: 2004 ZOO! pitbull frame, Magura limited edition HS33 rear brake with echo brake booster (front brake also included in the offer), avid BB7 203mm front disc, cannondale fatty rigid forks, Chris King ISO front with echo rim and Sapim race spokes (front), Chris King classic rear hub with echo rim and Sapim race spokes, Smica stem with ZOO! riser handlebars(i will throw in a carbon handlebar set worth £80), echo forged cranks with bashguard and DMR V8 black pedals, continental gravity front tyre with maxxis hansventure rear. bike is overal worth in excess of £1500 i wanted to enquire what price i should put it up for as at the moment i have it up for £850 which i think is an amazing deal as it has chris king hubs. i really need to sell it ASAP. Pictures are here: (http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=116513&st=0&p=1534844&#entry1534844) thanks, any help is really appreciated.
  2. a few months ago my dad went under a height restriction with my bike on the roof, it was totally wrecked!!! i took it to cycle world and they put a set of sapim spokes into the front and rear wheels. the front wheel has been fine due to the fact that it has a disc, but i have had real trouble with the rear wheel. i have already taken it back once after the nipple snapped horizontally( 5-6 weeks ago). the annoying thing is that is has just happened again!!! i do have the spokes tight due to the nature in which i ride, they have to be tight otherwise i end up constantly buckling the rear wheel. does anyone have any ideas about what i should do, or what spokes would be better than the ones that i have at the moment??? thanks
  3. this beast of a bike cost me about £1500-£2000, it hasnt been that bad because i didnt spend it all at the same time. but when i look at the bike i dont understand where all the money has gone, but once i am riding it, you cant definately tell. the sound of chris king hubs, 18-16t gear ratio, etc.. i love my bike so much, if i had to sell it i dont know what i would do... lol
  4. there will be a set of custom ZOO! frame stickers on the bike in the future, but at the moment i am designing them to make the bike look more asthetically pleasing. but until then the pictures of the bike will not have the stickers on it. but when the stickers are finally arrive then i will post more pictures of the finished article. i personally love the colourful parts since i am a colourful person. also i wanted to create a ZOO! that stood out from the rest. i think that the pink/red components make sure that this ZOO! pitbull stands out from any others. thanks for all your previous comments
  5. why do you say that you think it doesn't ride good? please give a reason. it will have a brand new custom sticker on the lower downtube that will finish off this re-furbished ZOO! any comments are welcome thanks
  6. feel free to comment on my recently refurbished ZOO! pitbull. thanks
  7. if you keep puncturing the cheap innertubes or use your bike extremely hard then i recommend that you upgrade to a higher quality innertube. but if you just play around on your bike and dont get punctures often then i would go for a cheaper one. unless you extremely disagree. a standard 20" innertube will be fine. even though most 20" trails bikes have a 19" rear rim the extra inch doesnt make a single bit of difference. hope this helps
  8. thanks for the sticker templates, all i need now is a cheap company that will transfer these images into weather proof stickers for my frame. does anyone know of a way that i could transfer these templates to stickers?? or a company that would do it for me?? thanks
  9. are school has a rubbish 2D design program, its really slow and doesnt give all the requied functions. i have found a template of the ZOO! pitbull stickers from another post, so i now only need to find someone or a company that would be able to change the template into a strong weather proof sticker set. thanks
  10. thanks for the advice, does anyone know of a good sign writer that would create a zoo frame sticker, near the southampton area? would i need an image/ picture of the ZOO! logo for the frame sticker?? thanks
  11. yeh i have tried tarty bikes and they said that they couldn't get hold of a set, because they said that the ZOO! sticker set is not sold seperately. does anyone else have any other ideas, besides select bikes and tarty bikes? thanks
  12. i have already previously tried select bikes, i have sent many an e-mail but no reply. also the neil tunnicliffe sticke set is always out of stock so there is no chance in me getting hold of a set. thanks anyway
  13. I recently competed in a local trials competition, which was very muddy. i came home and completely washed the entire cycle and realised that the "ZOO!" main frame sticker had peeled off. it had been slowly peeling off for a few previous weeks. does anyone know where i could get a set of frame stickers for my ZOO! Pitbull? thanks
