  1. One of the rear ones was leaking slightly so they kept bottoming out all the time. Plus there are lots of speed bumps for me on the way to work, which was getting quite annoying having to slow right down when they're not even big.
  2. Used to be wound all the way down pretty much so near enough 100mm. I've slowly wound them back up over the past 6 months so was prob 50/60mm before I swapped back to standard. (well, they are shocks from a VRS not ibiza, but very similar...just comfier) Can certainly notice this difference, was so much stiffer before.
  3. From this: to this: It looks like a 4x4 Can certainly tell the difference when driving also. Ah well at least it should be comfier now... Excuse filthiness, not got around to washing it for quite a while....
  4. Mine was pretty much as low as it would go, but slowly over the past year or so I've had to raise it as they were absorbing less and bottoming out more.
  5. That's partly the reason I'm going up. The other part is my coilovers are leaking so not very good at absorbing bumps...ouch EDIT Can't spell
  6. Meanwhile I have done the opposite, and just bought some standard ride height suspension
  7. Probably got a child molester-er living on your street.
  8. Took this at the weekend: EDIT: was just trying to learn about shutter speeds etc again rather than finding a really nice pic Think it came out ok though
  9. If I remember correctly, winter tyres are designed to work best under 5degrees or something like that. Weird fact - since fitting winter tyres to mine (same profile and size etc) the car is comfier over bumps (guess its softer compound or something), and somehow it now doesn't scrape when I go over certain speed bumps where it did before every time. I literally can't figure this out.
  10. Started driving to work today, only to find the moors near me weren't gritted. Turned round and now working from home, much easier than getting stuck somewhere
  11. Went out for a couple of pics tonight, first try at using long exposure. Not great but at least I've given it a quick go, bloody cold out though so didn't stay and play long!
  12. And me! Think you should do mobile paint jobs :-P
  13. At fist I thought so, but then thought it was my eyes playing tricks on me. BUT I just noticed the handles to fold the seats, the passenger one is on the wrong side...so yes I believe they are different
  14. Don't know if this is normal, but why does only 1 of the seats have a Porsche logo on in?
  15. Yeah I am thinking going for a pd150 next year. For a lower mileage one though you are looking at 4.5k+ really. Enjoyed my pd130 so much it kind of makes sense to stick to roughly the same thing (I just want a bigger car basically)
  16. No worries, was just being nosey when you said you'd built it to the right specs, I wondered if I could pick up any tips haha
  17. Haha love it. I had a quick look at the source of said page, just so you know, you have two body tags in there. Probably want to remove one of them
  18. Carrying bag from my car...bag catches on fuel flap and breaks off. Bollox.
  19. I've got one, was about a 10er on ebay, and then the app on android is a couple of quid. Handy stuff
  20. Mars bars and Snickers ok?
  21. Fancy coming way up north? My paint work is shit! And metallic black also (A)
  22. More exercise. If you have physically tired you will sleep WAY better.
