I stopped training a while back, but was speaking to a friend that's recently started again, he's working with 5x5 and lots of cardio, like you've said its not a mass/bulk routine, and you can see that in my friend, but he's said he feels so much more stronger, and quicker, because he's focasing alot on cardio aswell, he's obviously losing excess fat, all in all he's loving, reckon its the best training he's ever done.
