I think you would get away with it aslong as it is you're bike and not a friends or something and aslong as you give a decent amount of information regarding exactly what it is you're selling. A topic that just says " Im selling my .......... add me to msn if you want it". With no spec,pics or general need to know infromation would be deleted/closed, with good reason.

Got a receipt ? And do you genuinely believe it hasn't arrived or do you think he's trying to con you ? Might be an idea to get in touch with E-bay. Might of been better in chit-chat aswell

If you'd bothered to read them you would realise it's against them to buy or sell in NMC. I suggest you read the rules before posting in future.
