I was under the impression the SL/TR Deng range was an alternative to the normal stuff, not a replacement ... Edit: The echo rims are one of the most popular out at the moment, why would the discontinue them ?

It's mounting it that seems to be the problem though I've spent all day out in the garden trying to piece something together Closest i've come is mounting an Avid IS-203mm post mount on the dropouts,Clipping a spring into one of the holes and attaching the other side to the 4 bolt mounts. Then running a rod through another hole and mounting a Jocky on the rod but i can't seem to keep it in the same place I have limited resources though, Couple of Sockets/Ratchet, adjustable spanner, cheap Alan keys, pliers, Penknife style hacksaw etc. A f**ked rear mech and some random bolts Edit: I'm sure it's still possible Daniel

Haha no worries Um, yeah it should fit with them although i'd advise you look on eBay/ on here when valiudated for a set as they tend to go for £5/£10 apposed to £34 haha

No, you can't fit a Magura straight onto Vee mounts.
