  2. How can the long weigh more than the short ?
  3. This sounds ominous With regards to what may i ask ? But i should be on all night
  4. Just a few quick pics, not very good quality as i only had my phone handy ... Also, before any one points out, Yes i am missing brakes.... Spec is: Ciguena frame Echo forks Echo cranks Dicta Fw Monty rear wheel Try-all front Monty bar and stem. Try and enjoy Comments obviously welcome, good and bad
  5. Attempt Number 2..... Much easier than the last one, plus it works which is a bonus
  6. Yeah, i'm only on a set of foam grips and an echo bash an hour
  7. Yeah, must agree with you The copy of the vid i was sent wasn't HD quality but it was far from what it was on here Well done, riding looks good, especially considering how long you've been riding Well done
  8. What about the half an inch difference in size ? Also, the size of the sidewall "19 tyres makes up for what your missing.
  9. £10 for a good chain, £20 for some cheap tyres, roughly.
  10. About 450g*, which isn't actually an awful not if your not concerned about weight, i wouldn't notice it. Although if it bothers you that much just cut out the iner wall of your rim, assuming it's a double wall rim or cut some nobbles of your tyres *Based on running Echo tyres and Try-all rims.
  11. No you wouldn't, my rear wheel would fit in my forks.
  12. Depends really, What size is the rear rim ? What brake are you planning on running ? I've always wanted to build a "19 rear rim onto a front hub
  13. Can i ask why theirs a 6 between 9 and 10 ?

  15. I can't decide what that means Either: 1. The only rims they have left for the front are Silver, Black and Blue fronts. 2. They only have front rims left. 3. They only have silver and black rears and blue fronts
  16. I could take a link out of the chain but that'd be too simple And my chain tool wont work with it I'd imagine it will skip as it is although i'm planning on fixing another jockey wheel so i get a healithier amount of chain wrap, tarty advise 2 wheels with 15t and under, thats a 13 .... After looking at the pictures i realise it sits far too vertical, i'm planning on either Bending the arm so it's closer the the chain stay or Cutting it in half and removing some links It's just temperory until my chain tugs arrive, if i can manage to make something that actually works properly i may keep it just for the crack of it, just got bored and decided to have a fiddle really Didn't help that i had no garage to use so no drills, saws etc, just bits and pieces that i could find Thanks for the comments
  17. Basiacally just a Vee caliper bolted onto the Axel with a jockey wheel attached, need's tweaking but it got dark (hence the shite pics ) It's also got a spring clamped with a bolt where the pad would sit which pully up towards the dropouts. Only problem is the bar the jockey wheel is sat on is far too long and needs cutting down. Excuse the shit pictures, only had a phone handy Edit: i've just realised how long it looks, i am going to shorten it/bend it so it doesnt stick out quite so much.
  18. Why does that python look sooooooooooo long ?
  19. Apparently the 06 echo rims are bad news, other than that i think it would look cool
