I have a feeling theres a guide in the wiki on how to do it properly. If you were to get it done professionly it would be very expensive as you'd have to pay labour which is probably about £30-£40 an hour ! and then you have th price of the paint which can also be quite pricey, if i was you i'd just do it myself as it saves money and its not hard to do Adam

I dont see why not? is there a different fitting size ? are the holes spaced differently apart apposed to a standard one ? Adam

What freewheel is it ? if its an ACS claw or similar they have four notches and you need a tool to get them off but i think the tensile ones have a different one to standard one, to get the tyre of try putting fairy liquid around the bead and it should come off quite easy, well it worked for me lol Adam
