Blow torch the mount maybe ? Never had any trouble with threading mounts or anything like that my self so i'm just guessing, Grind it out, drill the mount and helicoil it ? Gently knock the bolt to loosen it ? Sorry if i couldnt't help, Just a few Suggestions=]=]=]

The only option would be a CK disk hub or a Deng Free-Hub which aren't though very highly of by some people, don't think profile do a rear disk hub, Front freewheel may be something to consider, IMO it's better than running fixed.
