As you say Tom, great start to the year! Its nice that a national comp has been brought further south to Essex. Hopefully this will boost numbers at the rest of the rounds from riders that may have otherwise not traveled up to Yorkshire normally, i think it was a good move holding a trial more down south and what a venue to hold it at! I think its worth mentioning that this time last year Barrow farm Trials and Jump park had only just opened, all the trials sections and the jumps have all been built in the last year, this has been a mamoth task as you can imagine and none of it would have happened if it wasn't for the Mitchell family. Hopefully there will be another trial there again next year? Also i think its nice that a pretty much all man made (arena style - as someone said) comp to be thrown in whereas normally they are all on natural rocks, it is a nice addition to have something so different added to the list of venues.

My new Triton all the way from Russia... The frame is Titanium and the geo is custom as always with the Tritons however i am struggling to remember the exact geo i asked for now but for those that are interested i think the geo is: 995 Long (im only short and so is my bike) + 70 BB rise 360 long chainstay I didnt manage to weigh the frame before i built it up but i weighed my old Triton and that was 1.6kg and this one i guess is similar (including headset cups and disk protector) The rear disk protector works a treat, it must have saved me £60 odd already in new disks if i didnt have it. Nice one, you have improved so much in the past year in particular, good on you. And Wow look at that garden, its like barrow farm only smaller but still with plenty of lines AND LIGHTS no wonder you are riding so good at the moment, keep it up

How much in British Pounds would a new mod frame cost? Including shipping to UK?

I get back from holiday really late the night before the trial but still i will be there. Lets all pray for good weather this time! Everyone please note its Penshurst and not Pennhurst. There are 2 very similar place names in Kent, we went to the wrong place the other year, rarther stubidly i know and we didnt arrive at comp until gone midday so make sure you go to the correct one. :$

Oh yeah sorry i did mean Sunday. Thanks for the help, the only reason i ask is that i am currently 4th in the championship (20" Senior) and depending on who turns up on sunday i may end up finishing 3rd in the championship but i am DEFINATELY NOT ready for Elite next year, i am just worried i may have to move up, in which case i probably just wont enter these events next year which would be a shame.

Are there many entries for Senior catagory? Last one i did there were not many in Senior, not that im complaining of course as i got a trophy but it did seem a bit of a shallow victory. Also if i were to finish 3rd in championship (assuming a miracle) does that mean next year i would have to ride Elite!!!

Im there, hopefully should be able to come on sat too to help set up. For those that dont know this is maybe 1 of the best Essex trials held a LOT of work goes into setting up this comp so get your entries in its a great venue and will be even better in good weather.

Myself and James Davies (Duke) and adam are riding Clacton tomorro, anyone else welcomed I wont get a chance to check on here to see if anyone else is coming so just meet us tomorro be on the rocks prob where train turns around from 10ish till 12ish prob before we move on
