For me that just isn't trials anymore.

I'd start by just using the bar for deadlifting without any weight on dude, just to get the technique nailed. Don't worry thinking people will think your weird by lifting just an empty bar. I worried more about getting the technique right and not doing myself an injury than what people thought.

I've just started going back to the gym after having about a year off, basically I tried to do my old routine for my bicep and triceps and hammered them. Now my biceps feel as though they have contracted and not returning, I can't straighten my arms fully, any tips to recover a bit quicker because its very uncomfortable and painful when trying to straighten them for everyday tasks.

What would help cut down the dodgy sells would be a minimum post count before you can post in the for sale sections. Also what happened to new members chat? Surely with that gone we need some way of stopping any Tom, dick or Harry joining up and ripping everyone off?

I've run both set ups on different bikes over the years. Profile on a mod, Ffw on mods Pro2 on stock and ffw on stock. It all boils down to personal preference, it's no good someone saying yeh go ffw or rear free hub because you might ride it and decide you don't quite like the feel. From what I've found reliability wise, the rated ones are just as reliable as each other. My tensile front freewheel never skipped once on me, my profile hub shell actually cracked and started to pull apart because of the spoke tension but again still never skipped just looked horrible. Ride other people's bikes with various set ups and see what you think.

But wouldn't a well laid out advert look much better and read much easier than some of the attempts that there is in there now? Somebody said that breaking down the for sale section into sub categories didn't work too? Why was this? Wouldn't sub sections, Stock parts Stock complete bikes Mod parts Mod complete 24 parts 24 complete And just a miscellaneous section for the people selling non bike related parts like xboxes etc?

Some of the best riding I've seen since I came back to the forum.

They use a template for all for sale threads, something along the lines of: Item: Location: Price: Condition: X/10 Pictures: If it doesn't have that template the mods don't approve it for forum viewing. Liam.

I've noticed some of the for sale adverts are written rather poor. On another forum I use (civiclife.net) for sale threads have to be approved by a moderator before they are shown in the for sale section. If a for sale topic isn't up to scratch it doesn't get approved. Maybe something for the mods to discuss? Liam.
