are you joking he is using koxx yellows i have had mine for over a year and they were second hand when i got them the person who had them before me always had them on very harsh fresh grinds for 2 years so my pads are 3 YEARS OLD! and i always run a harsh grind and they still have about 3.5/4mm left mine have been in cnc'd backings since i got them because 1 of the plastic backings were snapped but koxx yellows on harsh grinds are the most beastlyist sounding pads going in all weather conditions they sound like a air horn

get a grind and keep them pads i am running them on a grind and they are the best pad i have used i am riding hearn bay on sunday and if you arnt really comfident or dont know how to grind your wheel if you dont live that far in hearn bay i would be happy to help you grind your wheel for you if you like if you own a grinder

to be honest i like it i love how those frames ride + the fact that i have 2 spare f+r pro2 trials hubs in red and i could fit them a breeze unlike any other mod(stupid 116mm standard mod spacing lol) so i might buy it it would be mint as and a fun project plus heat treating aint a problem for me as my dads mate does profesional aluminium welding and can heat treat it no probs
