Hm, no ideas to what is the exat problem dave. Give the freewheel some more time i guess. when i had my profile new it skipped for a few days. Disc: try boiling up a kettle of water and poor it onto the disc and into the caliper on the pads and the ride around dragging the front brake, do that a couple of times and see if it helps
