  13. Hi, Is there anyone on the forum that can tell me when adam and dave at tarty bikes will be recieving an order of the new echo freewheels as it only says late feb and my tensile is about to snap. Also how many people have ordered one and how are they to the eno as they can both be fully replaced if a certain part breaks . The eno is cheaper than the echo freewheel at 70 pounds off tarty and the echo is 80 so presumably the echo should be sligtly better than the eno. Has anyone had an eno longer than 6 months as thats how long mu tensile has lasted how often does your eno skip and would it be worth purchasing or shall i wait until the long awaited echo freewheel comes out as it will suit my new echo team nicely. help apprechiated
  14. fizzy e.g pepsi for the sugar rush and energy then water or some form of juice to rehydrate myself!! fizzy and un fizzy ***!
  15. i dont think you can use the same syringe that you use on maguras. All i know is that its a different size syringe that screws onto the caliper of the disk and depending on the bleed you have to pump the lever quite a lot to get the oil pressurised. Sorry i can't tell you everything
  16. whats your balance like when you get up on your back wheel? If its ok get up into the forward hop position and just take it steady dont try to rush it to see how many you can do like a lot of beginners do. Practice forward hopping in a line just taking your time and your balance will get a lot better or you could get a strong friend to hold your front wheel up in the air and just practice kicking and letting go of the brake and pulling it back in. Just to let you know you will probably get arm pump if you run maguras which is where your arm and finger will start to ache but not to worry it wont last long as you will get used to it, if the arm pump doesnt go away then bleed your magura with something a little thinner like baby oil or if you want to risk the seals in your maguras bleed it with water and a little antifreeze but the seals are usually ok in the 05 maguras. Just remember to take it steady don't rush hopping because you will start to kick faster and then you find you cant keep the bike on the back wheel. hope ive helped
  17. come on ross me and you will get a new vid out on a decent camera and show them all
  18. im not too bothered in rain especially in summer because the rain is warm. One word WIND!!! it does my head in i cant ride at all even when im in a really good mood for riding the wind holds me back. WIND!!! gggrrrrrr
  19. it will fit on your cranks and should feel nicer when you ride because there is a lot more ep's (engagement points) so you will get a quicker reaction from your freewheel.
