  1. Viz Definately are the heavier out of the Viz, Echo and Try-all but I did hear somewhere that they are stronger than the try-alls ie so they dont flat spot as easy, but the Echo 07 is apparently the best rim to go for. Cheers Nile
  2. Nile Brown 34 Gainsborough Drive Westcliff-on-sea Essex SS0-9aj ENGLAND EARTH Yeah Mike - hope this does happen!
  3. If not then use a metal glue such as araldite as that will keep it in for a long time.
  4. boswell , its the bleed mate, I told you that on saturday!
  5. Stay with the Mission and save up for a while then buy a Zona when the time is right. If you buy a t-lite now you'll be kicking yourself later when you really wanted that Zona. Ive got a Zona at the moment and love it- My mates t-lite is stupidly light but very short , so I'd say go for the one that suits you best, lenghtwise.
  6. damn... unlucky mate - these days just happen so I guess we have to live with it. I get those types of days and then just go bed in the evening and wake up to a better day !
  7. Looks good mate, I like how its just casually in your street! keep building it up and post some new pics when its all done cheers Nile
  8. I have to say that my sidewalls do look a bit tatty but I just don't understand why my tyre fits perfectly tight in my onza rim and not my Echo Nile
  9. I have a Maxxis Creepy crawler rear tyre on my '07 echo rim and after doing a drop my tyre starts falling off the rim and the inner tube starts to bulge. I'm pretty sure this is because my rim is slightly small and if snug wouldn't bulge . The tyre fits tightly on my onza t-master rim but not my echo. Has anyone had this problem at all ? If so could you recommend a decent rear tyre that people know for sure will fit snug please. Cheers Nile
  10. I look up to Joe Maher - He told me to write this but I like his riding style!
  11. I had this problem, buy a decent bb that you can expect to last a long time and wrap it in loads of PTFE tape. Then re insert it back it and secure it all up with some loctite. But make sure you understand that once its in, it may be a bit hard to get out becaue of the glue! Ive done this method and has been fine ever since.
  12. Boswell, you aren't helping at all , you can see what he is saying, he means don't just hate it because its expensive, you get what you pay for.
  13. I know that Trialfutur.net have a downtube protector - its called a Toxsin Wack stick and I think you get them free when you buy a chainstay protector as well. They look pretty wierd because they're small but certainly do the job. cheers Nile
  14. Boswell, nick the freewheel tool of reece and and get a bolt and bolt the tool to the crank , then find a big vice... away you go. See you later on Nile
  15. Hi water bleeds are fine providing you change the water every so often. The problem is tap water is not pure and contains iron in it. The best bet is to buy de-ironised water or distilled water as its normally called. This would eliminate the problem of damaging the seals. Nile
  16. Hi was that a ACS welded may I ask ? as I had a standard one and that keep skipping because the lockring came loose all the time. But then I bought an ACS welded and I ran it for about 2 months and didn't skip once. I have a Try-all at the moment and i'm loving that so I agree , get a try-all. Nile
  17. I guess everyone has posted in the new member chat version of this (http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=97327)
  18. Yeah theres a way to fix it, you need a spoke key or if you have a small spanner that will fit , use that. ok so what you do is find where the buckle is and once you have found it, use the spoke key and find the nearest spoke that is near where the buckle is tighten it up and away you go! Nile
  19. Yeah , Me and danny are going , i'll see if vince fancies going wicked Nile
  20. The actual geometry of the thing is apauling so makes everything you do take more effort. If I were you i'd stay clear! Nile
  21. Although it could be just the batch that maher gave us ? because Jack told Joe about it and I think that he said he's getting a new set... for free but if its happening to a few people then I don't know
  22. hi I think the same thing happend to jack balman , he was telling about it on saturday, his have snapped and done some damage to one of the slaves so he had to replace it did you get yours from Joe maher ? because I did and I hope that don't happen to me! cheers Nile
  23. hi , I run a mono trial on the front and seems the best brake compared to my mates bb5 and bb7s and also the standard mono mini. I recently gave it a bleed and was so much better than what it was like when I bought it. I feel that for the sheer power the mono trial is best , so in my opinion i'd go for it but if your on a budget go for the bb7! Its a fantastic upgrade from a hs33 as well. cheers Nile
  24. Hi I have a echo '07 on the back and it seems a lot better than my mates try-all ones. I remember him hoping off a wall and it gave a flat spot, I did the same wall and at around the same tire pressure and mine was fine so I would go for a Echo '07. Nile
  25. Yeah , it was a good ride lol , but boswell it would have been better if you done that drop, like the rest of us (except danny and vince and johnny) nice one, see you soon Nile
