  1. AHHHHHHH holy shit thats some f**king awesome riding. my fave video used to be glasseye_get3 but i think we may have a new winner. sweet as.
  2. new zona is apparently 40mm longer wheelbase wise. but afterall, it's not really the whee base that determines how 'cramped' you feel. maybe buy a zoo stem. that should help.
  3. USE NORMAL MAGURA HOSE - Simply the best, da da daa daaaa, better than alll the rest...

    Broken Laptop

Maybe you can buy a 3rd party AC adaptor, thats like a mains plug with a battery shaped adaptor on the end. So you plug in the battery shaped end and then plug it in the wall. I don't have a clue if that sorta thing exists for laptops, but i remember having one on my MEGA RETRO sega gamegear :(
  8. Got me self a 17" LG Flatron L1715S had it for well over a year and it's been sweet. No dead pixels, nice, bright, crystal clear display even got permanant silver marker on it, rubbed it off quite harshly and you can't even tell it happened. Cost me about £200 so should be able to get one uber cheap nowadays. :( Just an idea. (hope i haven't missed the point completely with my skim reading) LOOK I FOUND A LINK FOR YOU :(
  9. do what joe said, but as you come down and rock back on the back wheel, kinda jump up and back and bring your legs under. you should do a hop backwards, then probably fall off. keep doing that until you can do like 5 in a row (you'll probably travel back really far so don't do it infront of a road or something). once you've got that feeling of (hopping) albeit out of control and backwards, work on making the hops backwards small and smaller, untill eventually they will be almost on the spot. Then you can start work on timing your kick with the release of the brake (best practised towards a curb) but you should worry about that later.

    Broken Tpa

I basically just did this -----> http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....5&hl=tpa+fixing (as stated earlier in the thread) but once i had it all back together i drilled a hole in the red star and used that to hold the square nut still whilst i turn the m5 bolt. And yes, the square thing needs to stay still so that the bolt can be scewed further into it and in turn pushing against the flat peice of metal which then pushes the piston. sorry but i ain't gonna go dismantle my lever and show you step by step cos Mark already made done that (the link above). However i'll get you one mopre picture to show you how the bolt pushes against the flat peice of metal. If you read Marks instructions, then just kinda take a step back and use your common sense it'll all fall into place. Most people (like me) just figured this out themself, so it's not as hard as it might seem, just have a bit of a play around, it;s not like you can make it worse. :( :( EDIT: Phew...someone gimmie a cookie, some of the SM's aren't even this helpful

oh i seeee, right, hopefully you still have the little red star? well drill a hole in it big enough for the m5 to slide through, then put it back on, and put the m5 bolt through the red thing into the square nut. Then when you turn the m5 bolt, you can hold the red star which will stop the square thing spinning. :P EDIT: if for some reason you don't have the star, then just get a pair of pliers and grab the bit of square nut thats sticking out then turn the m5 :P

    Broken Tpa

oh. well you gotta get the rest of that sheared bolt outta the square thing. sounds like you not only sheared the bolts but also crossed the threads :P have a go at removing it using two sets of pliers, One on the square nut, the other on the remaining bit of sheared bolt. if you can't get it out then it might just be time for a new lever blade.

    I Have...

That video would of been so much cooler if they all took the same route, then as we were flying along as the camera guy, people kept getting taken out by doors and padestrians and falling away as we flew on like a supercool bike hero type guy. :P And at the bit where the camera guy sqeezed through a tiny gap between two cars and a bus, was i the only one thinking "oh no i'm gonna catch my zoo bars bewteen the cars" :P :P

throw the 'u-shaped peice of metal' away and stop worrying about it, You won't need it ever again. I haven't checked the links but there's two ways to bodge. either cut a slot in the head of the M5 bolt to make it work like the 'u-shaped peice of metal' or Just bodge it so that when you screw the M5 bolt in, the bolt simply pushes against the flat peice of metal that in turn presses the piston. Read both the 'bodge' threads.
  17. NOOOO don't squash a normal starnut in! just go down the shops and buy a 1" starnut for like £1 :P if you try and squash a normal one in, the chances of it being in flat aren't too good and it'll pull up the steerer when you try and tighten the top cap bolt. Trust me, we had the same problem on my old Koxx forks. :P
  18. You say it's WIDE at the bottom, so just twat it down and down until it drops out the bottom. however when i opened this thread i thought the problem might be that the weld on the bottom of the steerer didn't leave a big enough hole to hit the startnut through. If so, just get something long and thin, put it through the bottom of the steerer, rest the forks upside down on something softish (i recommend a car mat ontop of concrete) then just twat it down until it come to the top of the steerer, you should then be able to pry it out with pliers ot something. :P OR if you really can't get it out, just hit it down a bit, then just put your new starnut over it, it'll be tricky but i'm sure the brake cable will fit though the center of the old one. :P
  19. image sigs are so shit its unbelievable. please lets all agree to NEVER bring it up ever again. use your avatar for an image. whilst i'm here, i noticed that the Signature length says 400 characters but its actually something like 396. Annoying or what! *TUT* :P
