yo some dude painted his monty x-lite gold a while ago. looked like he did a fair good job. maybe hunt him down for some tips. I might have a picture somewhere I'll have a looksie.

maybe seems a little stupid but check your scroll bars are regular size in relation to how many files you can see. The folder maybe have somehow screwed up and the files you can't see might be miles over to the right or near the bottom and you just haven't noticed. Also maybe try a system restore so that they become visible again. From reading this i'm sure they are still there, but juts kinda invisible. You don't wanna have 4gb or so taken up by files you can't see.

:P The Team forks only come in silver. I've painted mine black myself, they don't come like that. They are really really nice forks, but thats what you'd expect for £110 ;) Get em if you have the dosh, i love mine :- Only complaint is that they don't come with a cable guide, even though they only come with a disc mount, whats that all about.

lol ok, well seeing as you've actually tried i'll try and help. erm, usually getting up and going for a bit of a walk helps. obviously you ain't gonna be strolling round the block in your boxers so maybe make a trip to the kitchen or something. whilst your there grab a glass of warm milk. should settle your stomach and help you relax better. and when in bed if you get comfy and totally relax, then concentrate on your breathing that sometimes helps. as it stop your mind from wandering (N)" and so you can kinda shut down and eventually you'll drop off. Also an interesting fact for you. As a human, if you we don't sleep before 12 then we have already had a bad night. For a proper nights sleep we should go to sleep before 12 and have approx 8 hours sleep on a night. Also, we are designed to sleep again in the afternoon, around 2. Like the spanish do. :P annnnd, don't forget the old 'turn the pillow over so you get the cold side effect' trick (Y)

Yeh lets not buy cheap, high quality frames from a nice company just cos they made one crap one, (that's sarcasm btw for the simpltons). Everyone knows the t-mag sucks anyway, I could certainly tell it was lame from the get go. Onza won't admit it but it does have a serious floor and they can't expect to sell delicate frames to their average onza rider (harsh) and not get any repercussions. I'm sure a rider who has been riding for a couple of years could quite happily ride that frame for a year with no obvious problems but even they would eventually dent it at that stupidly designed bashplate mount. But Onza are still a good company, who have been trying different things both marketing wise and frame design wise recently. Sure the t-mag didn't quite work out from what i can see, but you can't slag off a whole company for one frame. The T-Rex is an awesome frame respected by some really really good riders, The t-pro is great and has helped many riders get started and the slinger and butler frames are looking like another great new idea helping push the sport. They've even released a new brand so that the less well off riders can ride a frame similar to the python. I'll agree on the T-mag 100%, that design is uber lame, but don't mouth off about not buying onza at all, cos you have no right to do so.
