hahahaha oh my god i want one, the two ghetto kids were the best where they proper ran away! lol

i used a wire brush to remove old paint from some forks and they came up polished, they would of needed a bit of buffing up to be extra shiney and maybe a clear coat but they were pretty damn close with barely any effort. I would say do the lot with a medium harsh wire brush, then buff it all up with something a bit softer. (Y) Also did the same thing with my steal wheels on my car, and some of them came up quite shiney, so if you're frame is steal the same would apply.

yeh probably your best bet, i was originally gonna do the same thing but both tartys and select were out of easy forks (it was just after the worlds so not too suprising) so i ended up going for the 05's out of impatience. both are awesome forks and very light as you'll probably know, so either way you onto a winner, plus they don't lose value really so you could easy flog em on again if you decide they suck. just a quick word of experience, i dunno if you've riden 'bent' forks before but after i switched from straight-blade lite guys to my monty x-alps i couldn't wheelswap at all, and i lost a bit of height on my backwheeling. However over time i built it back up again and now I wouldn't ride anything but 'bent' forks. I'm guessing is was to do with flex more than height or rake, cos my lite guys were quite flexy, where as the x-alps are very stiff (i'm not 100% sure they aren't steal to be honest), but yeh, just thought i'd throw that in there. Also, i'd expect going from your tank like prototypes to feather light echos will probably make you feel like He-man and you'll be throwing your bike all over the shop. (Y)

all my old forks don't have a disc mount either, i have some x-alps, which i think are quite short, if i wasn't such a lazy b*****d i'd chuck em over for free. you'd need a maggie though.
-
sorry mark, denied again, they don't have a disc mount, thats the only reason i replaced them for the 05's cos i bought a disc. if you've got the cash and fancy a splash, go for the new teams, they got more going on that staceys mom. (Y) only fault i can seriously pick, is that they don't have a cable guide, which for £110 you'd expect to not have to use a bit of old shoe lace. :P

i had that problem, did you get the compressed one? if so, redownload the full version. i actually got the big one faster than it took to get the smaller one.

not to mention tigra's are a girls car (sez me who drives a gayo clio), but yeh, another one for 'don't go near it with a barge pole', only vauxhall i would ever think of owning would be a vectra, or possible that australian v8 thingy, (not strictly a vauxhall), and even then it would only be if it was a company car. For a first car you gotta keep it simple and cheap, (fiesta, clio, polo, corsa if you must have a vauxhall, maybe an old corolla, micra or anythign japanese really).

well i should be really mr. mark, but i made the mistake of attaching them to my brothers t-master which he never rides, but taking them back would make me feel harsh. he's also got my old echo stem, onza carbon flat bars, spare maggie and monty cranks avec eno freewheel. Anyway, they are reverse maggie mounted ones which i really didn't like, missed rail ups/gaps means a big chance of damaged crossover, so by not selling them i'm probably doing you a favour. (Y)

Well, BIG would be a bit of an understatment there, as far as riding goes that is f**king godlike. however as a 'video' not the best, don't like shouty music myself kinda spoils the mood, but it was more than watchable and impressive as usual, i'd need a roap bridge to get across some of them gaps. :P Good effort, big riding, cool shots and yeh, keep it up big guy. :P (Y)

'05 - 14.5 inches Koxx Forxx - 14.2 inches both taken from the crownrace/bottom of headtube
-
length from where to where? crown to dropout? i have the new 05 teams and some old koxx forxx which are basically the same as echo easy forks which i will go measure if you want.

go as a suicide bomber, you'll have people running with fear. ooo controversial.

haha yeh proabably, bit late now though its been pre-ordered a month or so. Plus i only seem to play games over xmas. anyway, if they drop the price hopefully i'll get some free goodies like what happened with the 1st xbox. I got 2 games and a free pad worth a total of £125, and the price drop was only like £50-£80 i think.

interesting, 2 faults, clearly not enough cable mounts :P and the forks should be black or silver :- other than that it looks ace, bet it cost loads?
-
Awesome riding and some nice angles, gotta love a bit of JK too. Looked like you almost sank that gangway in bristol though :P haha just messin, awesome, you've come a long way really quick. Keep them coming.

Always wondered what leeds would look like getting totally RINSED, now i know. sweet riding there, nice big crowd too. good effort lads :- Just realised, i downlaod the compressed one, and it was playing in slow-mo and the 2nd half wasn't even on there. I just downloaded the bigger file quicker than it took me to get the 40mb and it all there and playing normal speed. I wondered why it sounded like a fat black man was singing that dance tune. :P

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA awesome! Mud Hippo That guy built a hippo out of dirt so i guess a trials course can't be that tricky. Maybe just pile it all up into a massive lump than cut into it.
-
I am buying my own 360, but even if i wasn't there's noway i'd get £320 on a present :- As for xmas, i ain't thought about it at all really, and probably won't until the week before. I hate asking for stuff becasue it totally spoils the suprise, but it's nice getting what you want. I'll probably just buy a few clothes or something and get my rents to pay for them, or maybe something nice for my pc or my room. Wish i was 'iccle again so i could ask for MICRO MACHINES ARMY ATTACK BASE or maybe CRASH DUMMY CRAZY TAXI, ahh they were the good chrismas' Hmm actually thinking about it, i'd really like a medium sized 2 seater sofa fot my room, but nothing too big cos my rooms kinda small. Maybe go halves on one of them. Like to see them wrap it up though, haha :P

lurve that, have a bump. (Y)

freewheels are easily the worst things to fix/remove so i recommend just taking it down to a good bike shop which will have it off in a couple of minutes, however grinding the tabs off will probably mean most bike shops won't touch it. you could try and get hold of a really really long peice of metal piping, clamp the remains of the freewheel in the vice and try and get loads of leverage on the crank, rather than just twatting it. try soaking it in wd40/gt80 or boiling water first, and perhaps even try to cut a couple of slits in it and break it off, although you're gonna need a seriously badass saw to cut it. i recommend you just buy a new crank arm, after all the hitting, pulling, pushing etc, your old one ain't gonna be in great condition anyway.

i thought it was monkyist as-well, but you have sorta brought it on yourself. for all the normal/good posts you've made, you've made about thrice as many retartded ones, you know you have so don't argue, and the result is predudice against you. i like bike pics threads and don't get why any are locked, but meh, thats the way it goes. basically, it's gonna take you a while to earn enough kudos in tomturds and most other peoples minds to let you roam free with no hassle.

guys what the f**k? stop talking bollox. i don't like people making themself look twatty when there's no need. Hit the proverbial flush.
