    New Tattoos

i have this neat thing called a memory, its pretty good from remembering great times and other interesting facts such as historical events, laws, shopping lists, my name and most importanty, my opinions. even better is the fact i got it entirely free, its completely out of view, and everyone has one, so obviously that gives me uber scene points with everyone else, which is important right...
  3. wow thats a very f**king decent paintjob you've done, however, you seem to have forgotten there's a law that says light blue frames HAVE to be paired with white forks.
  4. you've got a good mate if he's lending you his bike when he's not even around.
  5. when i saw that photo in the paper for the first time i honestly thought they were like 1ft long. then i eventually realised that it was two, and that the guys hand is near the camera. but still, wouldn't want to put my foot into my boot in the morning and find that thing.
  6. yeh i agree totally, just if said dinky car was painted by a four year old with poster paints i would rather have it chipped, if you get me. she's said it's more of a fun project than a 100% accurate restoration though so that's fair enough. i just wanted to make a point that a badly done job, isn't worth doing at all.
  7. i say leave it as is. its better to be in not mint, but original condition, than in tacky looking mint condition. trials isn't popular enough yet for things like this to be highly collectable, so i would store it safley for as long as you can and maybe in the furture bikes like that will be sort after enough for a professional restorer/collector to buy it, or restore it for you. think how popular bmx is, yet there are only a very small amount of hostorically iconic/rare bikes that are worth restoring. i would guess that the monty would be in the same lague as a raleigh burner at the moment, they are popular with collectors and enthusiasts but they aren't valuable as such. if you are wanting to restore it as a bit of fun then fair enough, go right ahead, but if you are thinking of long term storage or keeping it as a symbol of where trials started, then i presonally would just keep it dry and safe and leave it as-is.
  8. that looks gooder than the older one, and i agree with it reminding me of the echo lite...probably the stubby seat tube that does it though, more than anything else. just one important question though... why've you photoshopped you're maggie cylinder bolts green?
  9. it'llbe classed as a motor vehicle, so if you aren't using it on private property you'll need all the relevant documentation. i read in the paper this week about a guy who got banned from driving (his car) because he was caught on a motorised skateboard with no insurance or road tax.
  10. i'm the guy that never loses an argument.
  11. seriously, why did you put your seat in the microwave?
  12. twats like you don't deserve the privilege of owning a car.

    Baby Names

Robert is kinda rare nowadays. Carl Kelly, i like names that start with the same sound as surnames for some reason. Kiar (kee-arr) i had a mate with that name, but i ain't sure how it's spelt... Ashley/Ashlay...i just think it's a cool name. Charlie too, only cos it's the closest boy version of Charlotte, which is my fave girls name. and another vote for Ryan. Ryan Kelly sounds good.
  15. will you post back what you get and what you think etc. i was thinking about getting an new xc bike earlier this year but didn't really have any spare cash, so putting it off till the winter, so would be interested to know how you get on.

  17. if i get what you are saying, you need some silver grease. usually comes in a little syringe and you just squirt it on.
  18. ...you go to a fancy dress party as the bouncy castle.
  19. If i was a betting man, which i'm not, i would bet my house that it never happened.
  20. They are life or death. GCSE's prove to people you can actually be relied on to do the bare minumum in life. GCSE's are easy, if you can't do those, then you pretty much can't do anything. If you were an employer, and someone applied for a job who couldn't wire up a plug, do simple equations or write a couple of pages about a book, why on earth would you expect them to work well for you. college ain't shit to be fair, education is all about proof that you can do things that you are expected to do. The end result is a JOB, it ain't college, or university. Good luck peeps for tomorrow, my brother is getting his, so i hope he gets at least some D's. (he's a slacker).
  21. he's out of his tree...
