ok then i can live with people thinking i hate gays. and yes i did for no. for example, if i could get rid of all knowledge of gayness tomorrow, then i would. yes i'm old fashioned, and yes, call me hitler if you like, but i'd much rather be hated than have to put up with seeing grown men acting like children.
-
well that impossible cos only 1 in four men are gay.
-
i don't hate the fact some men are gay, but i do hate the way the majority of gay men act... ie. *stupid voices. *being overly-camp. *use of words such as 'bitch', 'darling', 'fabulous' etc. *dressing like a girl (a minority i know but still). *did i mention the stupid voices? *openly talking loud enough about being gay or liking bumsex or whatever, in a public place, simply to get across the point that you are gay. *flirting with me beyond the point of a joke. Basically, if i know you are gay from 100 meters away, or if i know you're gay without you telling me, i hate you, and i'll hate you forever. If however a guy is gay, but i dont' know until one day i see him getting off with another bloke, fair enough, just keep it away from me.

right, having watched the first two episodes from season 3, i think i've missed one out. probably the very last one at the end of season 2... i'm guessing it was the one where they set off to help out the black guy (i forget his name), but end up getting tricked and captured...whilst sahid and the japs are left alone with the boat. so, has the black guy and his son gone now? if so did they just sail away or something? basically what has happened to them? and can someone sum up the episode in which they left?

well i'd much rather see that and laugh my ass off thinking abouthow i got it, than look down at some tribal swirl with some unknown japanese writing and think, "man i look like a twat".

hahahaha i personally thought off-road tattoo was immense. that peice of crap kicks the shit outta everyone elses tattoos becasue it was done completely as a joke, rather than some fashion item to show their mates.

i always thought all frogs were female? btw, if you're mean to your frog, his uncle will come as sit on your face while you sleep. and he ain't fitting in no beer bottle any time soon....

not my favourite car by a long way, but someday i want to have one of these tucked away in my garage, only to show it's ugly face on sunday afternoons at the nearest circuit i can find. (a proper Caterham 7 by the way, not a random kit-car-look-a-like) Not too unreasonable really.

I would of agreed with that 2 years ago. But nowadays anyone wanting to 'get into the sport' just asks mummy to buy them anything deng has produced, money no object. I don't think i've seen one new rider recently who owns a t-bomb/mission prodigy/t-bird. They all seem to own Pythons, Teams and x-lites. If a newbie wants a disc, they are gonna have a hope mono trials attached with gold plated bolts to a set of Gu forks. Not a crappy cable disc attached to a t-bird. BTW this post might sound snidey but i ain't meaning to be, just telling it like i see it.

they are carnivores, therefore they need to eat bugs/other animals. earlier this year my sister brought in a load of tadpoles which eventually grew into frogs, they then stopped eating the lettuce and started eating eachother.

i know i'll get my teste's ripped off for suggesting it after the above posts, but i always used to get a soldering iron (one with a long pointy nib) and heat it up, then carefully push it into the hose, which makes the whole bigger but leaves the tube intact. That way the hose has a larger entry and you can slide the barb in easier.

heres one off google: also ask mr joe maher as i'm pretty sure he went through the same tasteless phase and had the exact combo you are looking for.

I think i heard riding it helps... oh wait, maybe that gets rid of the OCD, not the actual corrosion.

i love this bike,

They should stop selling the t-bird all together in my opinion. Its just an awful bike, made even worse now by the no frills brakes. The money they save on NOT making it could mean another £20 or so off the basic spec t-pro. http://tartybikes.co.uk/images/large_07tbird.jpg pic for the lazy people.

here's one i've had on my pc for ages.

we did't even notice it. so why does it matter? it's not like they are suddenly gonna send one our way... and even if they did, it's not like they'd get a chance to send another.

any size you want really, i would say most people nowadays go for about 203mm. basically the bigger the rotar the bigger the power.

just out of interest, do you have any brothers or sisters?

This place is deffinatly become more of a popularity contest than a community. A large majority of people just post to get one up on the next guy. People have actually being influenced by this place into doing things in their life, simply to gain respect from people on here. For example, buying certain cars because of what other members drive, buying certain frames because one or two of the big fish have them, even watching certain tv shows, and respecting certain people. Which they probably would never have heard of if it wasn't for TF. I know it's a forum full of mostly teenage boys, and so naturally there is going to be banter, but a lot of it nowadays isn't funny, it's snidey and aggressive, and it frankly makes trials look like a sport full of pompus, cocky, little shites. ---- I can see how Tom might appear to be on his period the last few days, but it's understandable. I am shocked at some of the comments people make on here, and amazed somtimes how worked up i could get over it. The gay jokes go too far, the pedophillia related comments are far from amusing, and almost all of the views aren't even based on facts, yet they get argued to the death because no one on here can swallow their pride and back down. Its a cool forum and one to be proud of, the members are far from the scum of society, but some feel the need to take the reigns when it's not their place to do so. If i was the owner i'd of lost my patience long ago and just stopped bothering. Why run a forum when all you get in return is a load of abuse. Think about how much you use TF and how much you've got out of it. Joke around and have a laugh but don't ruin it by going to far.

they gave me driving lessons for my birthday. and dad loaned me the money for insurance so i could pay it back monthly with no interest. had to buy and maintain it all myself though, as i expect everyone should. i used to hate the snobby kids at school who would brag about their amazing car, that they we given, insured on their mummys policy and maintained entirely by their daddy. "your car is a shed"... yeh well at least i paid for it myself.

or, if the caliper came with a plastic guard in it when it was new, find it and push it back in.

are all of his photos lob-sided or is it my eyes? maybe his photos are so overpriced so he can buy a new, level, tri-pod.

What Did Everyone Have For A First Car And How Much Was It To Insure?
RicH_87 replied to planet x alan's topic in Chit Chat
As far as i can remember, i don't think it was fully comp for my first year. I know its a complete blag but that's the way it is. If anyone says different they are lying. For a 17 year old to have their own policy it's not gonna be the good side of £1200. I guess that's why everyone goes on their mums insurance first time out, but that wasn't an option for me. Plus i wanna be able to say i've got no claims from when i first started to drive. Oh and that was cheap. Both Tesco and Direct line were £1400, everywhere else was quoting £1800+.
