I ended up doing only one lap, i had no grip due to old tyres. Still it was a laugh while i stayed, never slid off so much in my life. Well done to the observers for perservering in that weather. Hopefully better weather next time. Andy

I use try all yourself replicas, probably the only one though, i like that they are totally straight with no sweep. Andy

Having had a pair of try alls and ribos i have to say that i prefer the try all sole but the ribo uppers for comfort. Ribos take ages to wear in. Andy

For a first car if you want cheap insurance go diesel, i looked at a 2 litre vectra diesel and it was cheaper to insure than my 1.4 306. But i got the 306 anyway because im an idiot. Andy

Having had a high bb adamant i can tell you that they are really nice to ride, the only thing you really lose is the ability to go to bashguard as the geo of the bike just wont allow it. They give really good ground clearance and once your used to them you forget all about the bb height. Out of the two i would go for the adamant, but thats because i like the longer back end. Andy

I took my 650 out in the cold and horrible conditions and at times my back wheel was doing 50 more than the front, never had so much fun! Andy
