mmmm, reading post earlier about press-ups and wondered what people are like with running. i hated running and still dont like it unless im at gym on a treadmill so i can keep a constant speed. i havent tried flat out or anything but run a mile on average around 7.5/8 mins and feel fine. just wondered what an average was, stamina etc compared to strength in the press ups post. lol, there aint that many dodgy areas in leeds really. Matt left his bike locked up and it got nicked which was really unlucky. so long as you dont leave your bike you should be fine. afew of us live close to leeds an ride there alot so try to avoid it at weekend and travel further a field but with winter coming up we usually ride it alot more. hopefully see you all sunday evening :lol: if not, an evening ride will have to be arranged in the week. Boon dude, when you actually start Uni then? im working sat an then stock take sunday. ill be out sat from 6 an sunday no idea, when we have finished counting halfords stock that hasnt been nicked. have to give me a buzz in the week as we ride most nights, lots of local places that are easy to get too... Hudds (average) Wakefield (you like it there) keighley (prob like it there)..etc. maybe get a freshers ride going for all you first years and newbies to leeds in the week? us locals know the best spots and pretty much everywhere in leeds :rolleyes: mike will probably be able to think of the best street spots but i know you'll like the swimming baths area :-:)

had 47GB last week, but thats downloading any vid, watching it and just leaving it, even if i knew id never watch it again. so i went through them deleating all the crap and now have 13.6bg of trials vids worth keeping :D

they need to hold record attempts every year or so, in each country so each of the best can try. i bet all the names would change then, im sure Damon is up there with his sidehops, talking to him the other day his best is 54 i think, i wont say thats definate..let him comfirm himself.

i struggle to do this technique right off the edge but get quite close to the edge. i think so long as your close its something you will gradually find easier an work more for you. Rossi seems to gap better off rails, backs of benches, edges etc than off flat objects which i find wierd but each to there own.

whens the comp close? ive got afew ideas but today an tomo are abit hectic, would like to know so i can squeeze it in or wait few days and get an idea sorted then cheers

looks quite nice, could be a major gap in the market with youngster like people have said and take off, could be so street riders can spin and still have space to get low on the bike doing hugh sidehops etc, could be many reasons.
