Hi, basically some money left my bank account and WWW.CAPITALTRADING.COM is where it has gone. I didn't authorize this, spoken with my bank and cards etc have been stopped. Trying to find any info I can on this site but it doesn't exist. Even though my bank say the site is registered as a gold protected secure site or something, basically highly unlikely that someone would use stolen details etc there. Any ideas on where to search? google brings up some random trailer sites but nothing that looks related. Tim

These guys only know the 3 spots - Uni, playhouse and granite walls lol. Its us leeds locals that don't ride leeds in summer that know all the best spots. Saying this, I might come down with the old camera and get a few snaps.

Whats the deal with riding the quarry at the moment Ali? I'm assuming until those areas are finished its a no go. Plenty of other rocks to ride though so wasn't sure if its allowed to ride the normal rock areas? Tim

as everybody has said, its more engagement but using pawls and teeth system - teeth will be so small to get 120 in that they won't handle they way trials riders use the hub. I.e kicking down on cranks fast, on and off etc. The teeth will die and the hub will skip. And how ever mention going from hopes to king and not noticing a difference - I thought the same until I rode another bike with hopes, and couldn't get used to it due to difference in hubs lol. This is going from old hope xc, not the pro2.

Where did you count turns from? Best place to start is get all nipple tightened up the the edge of thread on spokes, then do full turns from that point. As they get tight, start to use half and quarter turns. fine tuning as you go until the wheel is true is all directions with spoke tension even as possible.

I cant believe the score bored on that game. some people have way too much time. good game though.

next time your out, get an (Spelling??) amaretto and cranberry juice. It taste like bakewell tart/DrPepper. can only have one or two as its a very sugary drink, but damn good.

Found this game and been hooked since, not sure if anyone else will have noticed it due to the name "magic pen," don't be put off by how easy the first few are. You soon have to start planning it all out. from about level 6 it gets difficult. link here These are the once I've managed to complete. Have a go, let us know how you do. Tim

I've found this is the only problem with avid brakes, they tend to be hit and miss out of the box. They come on a lot of bike we build, some feel great, some feel crap. You'll have a small allen key headed bolt on the inside of the lever, you can try adjusting this. This will alter lever reach so you'll have further to reach and it wont pull as far. This is the bolt closet to the bar, there is another slightly further out which is just a grub screw to hold lever in place. If this doesn't help, quick bleed and set up will help. As said, even though its new the avid brakes ain't very consistent. Tim

Okay, not sure if someone will have had any similar experiences or knowledge on this but though I'd ask. In mornings mainly, if I sit for a period of 10/15 mins or longer I get pains around the left side of my groin area. Usually after driving. It twinges a bit when driving but the painful part is standing up again. Feels like someone has kick me in the balls, but only the left one plus the lower left on my stomach and top of left leg. I'm assuming I've somehow pulled something within that area? By the afternoons I can drive home and be fine which is what makes me assume its muscle related, stretched out better after a day. Any ideas would be good, possilbe just get down the doctors?

Make moves a lot easier, plus for comp riding you won't get tired as fast. Lot easier to move the bike around etc

and in one of the flash forwards, he was found by 2 arabic men on camels with AK's in the desert, he then killed them, and stole their camel(actually they might of been horses, think my minds just stereotyped arabian men to riding camels here), at a guess when Don't forget that Ben confronted Penny's Dad about the island and killing his daughter for revenge. I'm thinking that he can't return to the island after moving it because he can't find it anymore. Now its a race to get back to the island between Ben and the other guy. Which is why Ben is gathering the oceanic 6 plus john. Not forgetting Desmond, whilst picking up Desmond he could get revenge too by killing Penny. Then you get the whole story about the terrible things happening on the island since they left.
