    Trialtech Fork

Headset doesn't have any wobble and everything besides the space is OK. Theoretically the base plate can't reach the right place, because the radius on the fork is much larger than the tapered edge on the base plate. It looks approximately like this: I think probably everyone with the same set up had similar problem. So is for the right function of the headset necessary that the base plate sits on the fork crown?

    Trialtech Fork

But the Echo SL headset already has a "C" shape race and even after tightening the space is still there. For example on the Echo fork with two piece steerer tube there isn't any radius so that the headset race can sits perfectly. Any other ideas?
  3. Hi, I've got the problem with 26" trialtech fork. I have Echo SL headset. When the fork is on, there is about 1.5 mm space between the base plate and the fork, because fork has radius at the end. I think that the base plate should sit on the fork. Should I put some spancer between fork and headset, machined the base plate (or fork) or just let it by and ride? Thanks guys.
  4. Does anybody run 16-14 on an adamant a1 mod? I would like to know if it is possible. There is written on Tartybikes that 18-15 gear is recommended. Nobody has been able to tell me. So if anybody runs it, it would be helpful for me, if you replied. Thanks, Mila
