  1. I've got about 10 pallets, I just stack them and move them about, well my mates do, I don't have a bike so when they come round I just try to get goes on their bikes! Oh yeh, and a 4foot high, when its flat on one of its round sides, and 5.5 foot across. So it fits two people on mods on top. And a 2foot high reel, which is only just over 1015mm across (the wheelbase of my T-Pro).
  2. Cool, so you can run pretty much any set-up you want!
  3. So would I Mark. I was thinking of going stock in the future, but not anymore.
  4. if so what bike you got? 1988 Yamaha TY250R what route do you ride? Easy At Club Championships, Hard At Beginner (I've only been riding a year and I was in TMX! Third place on the easy route at Manchester 17s second club championship round 2006) where do you ride? Practice: Hawks Nest, Derbyshire. Victory Quarry, Derbyshire. My Drive, Derbyshire.
  5. Give the rim a fresh grind and sand the pads down by using some lightweight sand paper and laying it on a smooth surface, then rubs the pad up and down its legnth in the direction the rim is going to travel. Giving it a bath bleed might help.
  6. I thought a while back that the way to go was to combine the best bits of MOD and Stock. Well here is the new frame from Ciquena: LINKY We now have a Double Disc frame, the option of running MOD Echo disc hubs on VIZ 24" rims, and at the same time a front freewheel. All we are missing is a nice set of forks, the only 24" forks are Zoots as far as I know. I know that you can use stock forks but the bars and bb would be too high and the head angle would be affected. Comment away!

    No Vat On Bikes

Good find, I too have signed it.
  8. Too right, Loads of T-Pros have cracked at the same point, the point on the gusset underneath the down tube furthest down towards the bb.
  9. Looks really nice, you should have got a blue front wheel and black cranks though but other than that, its a !
  10. TSG Evolution ***! I got mine from isondistribution.com, tis mint and well cheap. Don't get the dead round ones, I had one and they don't fit properly, the evolutions are more oval, much better fit.
  11. Nice set there, I've got a snapped T-Pro, soon to be Zona Zip, A Scott YZO MTB and a 1988 TY250. Your obviously richer than I am.
  12. Don't try all rims come in 36? buy one from tarty is so.
  13. Post pics of the aorta please, I want to know what your arguing about.
  14. Two days, no pics...
  15. Windows Movie Maker ***! I have had Adobe Premier Pro, its a great program but very complicated and hard to master, Movie Maker is dead easy, free, and makes decent enough looking vids. Keeps the sound in sync as well which is quite rare. EDIT: With free or cheap programs that is.

    Pedals?

Nah, REAL V8s all the way! I 've had both and the wellagos just fell apart, there is barely any material left on the body. Whereas the V8s are still there, well they are actually on my scott until the cash for the Zona comes in.
  17. I'm in, anyone else? Anyone from sheffield etc is welcome...
  18. Well get a 24", or buy my scott, I can't stand BMXs any more, they are just way too small, and I ride MOD.
  19. I think this is pretty silly, would be interesting though. I think that they next step will be a 24" MOD, as soon as deng gets onboard the 24" wagon then it will take off.
  20. My Dad knows how to avoid this, because he rides XC, he says to start with a new set of sprockets and THREE new chains, once the chain gets worn slightly, put on a new one, then run that one the same, and the next. Then put the origenal one back on. You should be able to run all three chains three times, in the end you are left with a complete set of knackered stuff, but no chain suck, ghost shifting or anything. AND he could get a good couple of thousand miles out of the set, then he would just buy new all new kit and start again. It worked for him but I don't know about trials bikes, I tend to get about 2weeks riding before something goes wrong and it needs new bits.
  21. Some T-Pros come with 1mm oversize bottom brackets, not undersize. Try that, araldite is more flexible than superglue, so it will resist vibrations more.
  22. Try plastering the BB in locktight and then screwing it in as far as possible, then leave it to set. It might work as bottom brackets don't have to be screwed in mega-tight. If this doesn't work then I suppose if it one of the T-PROs with a standard BB like mine, then you couls get it tapped to 1mm oversize and get the oversize T-PRO bb, but this would limit you to a square taper set up. Hope this helps.
  23. Mint, when I next go to Hawks Nest with the TY I am going to get a load of clis and make a vid of me on my T-PRO, TY and my Scott. In fact, after watching the clips of me on the T-PRO, I will wait until the Zona appears, I am just too shite at the moment. EDIT: Just thought I would post our youtube profles with all the vids on here. Mine: CLICK HERE Ryan + Joes: CLICK HERE
  24. That vids pretty nice, but why no clips of the section in my back garden? Check out our website, tis mint.
