I thought you used to say a Zona Zip was the nicest riding mod out there. I think the white frame looks Tacky, but everything is else is sex. I bet it rides good.
-
I want the Mod frame!!!, especially if you make it in black! Just remember when being creative with these names they can go horribly wrong and sound like a cheapy bike. I like the name Hitman though, thats a good one.

Doesn't beat this classic. I wish Eric just carried on filming. Listen to his head hit the car. EDIT: Cut short, no noise at end. =(

Shizzle, I was gonna go on Sunday, but Reece can't, but I can't really go on Monday as am really needed at work, I've taken out to many days so I've mucked them around a little, have to turn up when they want me. Looks like I will go on the Sunday then.

1 blue pallet = 6.5" (usually). My best sidehop was 32", but took lots of effort and tries. Consistent and easy sidehop for me is about 28". I need to sort my technique though as I land front wheel first when I go to my left (the way that offers less pedal clearance and the way I go highest), and therefore I cannot do tape this high. I can only go over things or land two wheels if I go my correct way (to the right), but I can't get much height from it.

Whats wrong with your current frame Muel?

Well now that the trains run to Clacton on a Sunday, I'm there. I'll be down the pier at 10ish as usual, then will probably be at the rocks for 11. And I'm definately not for the rain. Reece, Eric and whoever else will probably come. Good to see some old faces again.

On a 160mm rotor, if when you sidehop your front wheel lands on the wall and the rear slips off, it is near impossible to hit the rear rotor. Obviously as you ride stock then you will want the rotor much bigger, but I think you might be able to get away with it on a 180mm rotor.

Which Country Has The Most Biketrialer?
Captain Scarlet replied to trainspotting's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
Well China is the most populated country, therefore I'm guessing that its China. -
Mine not being until next year, but I am worried already, my mocks didn't look anything near good. =( Good luck to everyone getting their results this year.

I ditto what everyone has said about Luke, good geeza. Chris on the Zhi, he came from China to Cambridge and travels from Cambridge to loads of the rides that happen in Essex, even though it takes a lot of time, he is alone and costs him alot. He is very friendly and an amazing rider. Steve-O, first proper trials rider I ever saw in action, he is inspiring because he can do just about anything when it comes to trials, and isn't specific to one kind of move (i.e, a sidehop addict). Chai, gets around to ride with loads of different people, obviously has pushed himself and still does (rail gap in Chelmsford). Tom Rankin, smooth geeza, amazing to watch him ride as bike goes along smoothly and effortlessly.

Check Lukes Adamant in the bike pictures thread. He has two seperate levers on one side, so obviously its gonna be a bitch to pull both at the same time, therfore only one brake can be used at a time. (I think). I had an idea, what about a giro kind of system?, that works as it splits one cable into two to go into the giro so the brake can be transferred to the back and still work whilst the handle bars are being spun. Adopting that kind of idea, as BB7's only need one cable to work, why not just try the little giro thing and send one cable to the front? Surely that should work as the splitter is comonly used on BMX's that wish to have giro installed.

ZOO! riser bars - 283g Adamant riser bars - 285g Must be the logo's. =P My bike weighs a total of.....9559g (apparently). But then again thats innacturate because some of my parts aren't there and I have to replace them with other ones. *sigh*

Does look sex man, have to see you rip it up on the street sometime. How often do you get out of Colchester man?, I've only riden with you twice. Come on the next Clacton ride. =P

I got a big block from eBay, just punch in "Trials Tar". That being if it is still sold. If not then go to a builder's mechants as they will most likely have some. Digging it out of the ground is not good as this has sand and other bits added to it, to make it good for its main use. Get it in its pure form.

Its Fugley, Al and Matt made it up, and Birdman usually calls me by it, or "Fugz". Yea I guess "Paedo" is one, but only one sad git calls me sheep so its not exactly a nickname. I don't even have long hair!!!!

I don't have a girlfriend.

You don't need an invite Jack, your always welcome. =D Braintree needs a good and proper riding, there is a gap from one large brick pillar to another, they are about 4-5 ft in the air, and 6ft gap between them. Whoever does it first has it named as their gap. (Birdman was gonna try it but he wussed out). Also some good rails that have only been recently installed that haven't been riden yet. So get your arse's down to Braintree.

Nice, definately looks different and its not a bad job either, what colour components are going on it? What's Joe riding now then?
-
Well Tarty sell white Master's and Slave's so why not just make a brake out of those? If anyone is interested, I should have front white Hs33 for sale at the end of the holidays (should have a disk by then hopefully).

Tis very nice, I suppose it is a starter bike, which is good as these are really easy on the back wheel. Just make sure it doesn't become too much of a harsh rider, the frames can be easy to damage. =D Nice build, but I'd keep the forks if I was you, my friend had the same ones on his T-Lite, and he did good with them.

Don't have a clue as to who it is, but I have seen the picture of the person before. In Braintree there is a large post that advertises "Sport4Essex" and basically it is a magazine printed throughout Essex which advertises sports and clubs in the Essex region, and on the poster is the same picture of the trials biker. I looked up on the Sport4Essex site, and found Trials biking, it said that there is a group in Ilford. Would be good to find out who it is.

Right I am leaving tommorow (28th), and be staying in Winterton (just outside Yarmouth I believe). Obviously the weekend shall be settling in and putting my bike together, but is there any riders in the area of Winterton or Yarmouth? to ride during the week. If so then post here and excahnge numbers by PM. Sorry so late, I forgot to post this.
