I don't have a proper comeback, I just say something over and over again. Like if its my brother I'll just say; "But yea, your fat?, what are you trying to say?" He'll add soemthing and I say; "Me skinny, you fat." I do it with my dad but I tell him he's old all the time. =D

Who's The Sexiest Trials Rider
Captain Scarlet replied to MikeCottTrials's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
iCharlie/Charlie Jennings Oooh yea. Closely follwed by Joe Mahernaise. -
I'm assuming that Chris just gets them stupidly cheap. (Lucky him) Looks all even and lovely now mate, I remember when you had odd coloured cranks on your Zhi. And get your video done soon. =D

I'm worried about the food I eat. Not so much the content or additives, but the actual product or quality of the food itself. I don't eat any fruits and hardly any vegetables (just peas and carrots), and definately no salads. And I eat quite a lot of the fast food varieties. Thing that makes me laugh is Subway, their slogan is "Eat healthy" or something like that, but whenever I have a Subway I never have any salad in it (much to the shock of the people behind the counter), so its hardly the healthiest of anything I can eat.

My advice if its an alumminum thread. Overtighten them, strip the threads, and helicoil them. Helicoils are the dogs.

What the hell? His leg is like folded in half, just seeing your leg like that must give you the immediate pain and shock. I'd probably die of shock if I saw my leg looking like that.

Yea 07 is the same as 08. I love mine, it just looks so low, plain and sexy. Immaculate I say. EDIT: Mine =D. http://www.trials-forum.co.uk/forum/index....p;#entry1415888

Just get someone to upload Tunni's latest video. =D

Hows this for an upgrade. The 2007/2008 doesn't have the overwelded gusset that eventually cracks like the 2004/2005 T-Pro. You can't get much better than that. And the Onza Vee's are mint, standard pads, smooth rim and tar holds just as good as my current brake.

The original TV trials star. I think the video was brilliant with the song. Hurry up and get the video out. =D

They were fitted tighter? If its not done up tight in the first place then its gonna come loose isn't it?
-
Woah that blade looks stupidly long. If I get one of those the Master cylinder clamp will cover up the lovely CZAR logo on my bars. Its a no no for me. =P

Wow Charles that does look pimp. It reminds me of Steve-O's Czar. I told you white would look nice. Now get out on it and ride it. Also, whats happening with the Ti?

Anything will do, I run Echo forged cranks and they feel nice and solid for me, and are forged like the Try-all's. Monty are also good forged cranks. To be quite honest it depends how much you want to spend, and the quality of the product you are after.

Almost like when people say "the", it can create the typo "t e h" (Trials forum changes it back to "The") when typed fast, so some people do it on purpose. The other one is when people end a statment with several exclamation marks, like; "oh my god he got pwned!!!!!1", again a typo from letting go of the shift key before the "1" key creates the "1" on the end. Which is why people then decide to do this; "oh my god he got pwned!!!!1one", the "one" on the end is basically a mickey take of how someone would be silly enough to write a "1" instead of an exclamation mark.

A Revue Of The Adamant A3
Captain Scarlet replied to cadbury's cream egg's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
Its just a frame. Theres not a big difference between each Deng frame (supposing you are considering that they are all long). What matters is how long your steerer tube is, what rise you have on your bars, what rise your stem is, angle of the bars, and even position of the levers. I've always found that the; bars, stems, and forks that you have, and the way you set them up makes the most difference. -
Haha I bet you look weird on it compared to a mod. Looks pimp mate. Wanna see you on it sometime.

I remember when I was young in primary school I sucked at tying my shoelaces, so my mate offered to help and did them in an assembly. But he tied my shoelaces together, and throughout the whole assembly I was trying to get them undone, then I got in trouble for not paying attention, then when I couldn't walk properly I got kept behind. What a nob.

The pictures look a bit boring to be honest mate, I understand that you may be a beginner, but theres quite a lot of the same picture. Just get a few good un's next time, and maybe a bit of variation Oh and make sure you

Yea I recently stripped a couple of threads on my Echo frame, at first I shat myself at the thought that I had. But I took it to a local motorbike engine specialist where he then helicoiled it for me. The steel insert is much stronger than an alloy one, so they should be done as standard. Also if you do manage to strip the coil insert itself, its a matter of taking it out and putting a new one in. It won't be long until my other 4 bolt holes go, but its for the best. Helicoiling is the way to go.

Shed mate!

Blow me, that looks amazing. I would so want to ride it. I'm also surprised how good condition the frame is in, theres a T-Bird of that era drifting around my way and its completely battered.

Ah happy sunny times. I like the bench at Freeport, pretty damn beasty. Oooh theres like a half a second clip of me. =D But from the clips shown, I think you ride the mod better. Tom is obviously smoother than I remember Actually it was only today I was thinking that James Butcher doesn't have many videos of his massive riding. And it looks like he puts no effort into the 8 pallet sidehop what so ever. Well done, and hopefully I'll see you in the future.

Very nice. I think it looks so good because not many people spray the Deng frames. I'd love to spray my Echo Black and put the stickers on it.

Well naturally you should sidehop to the opposite of your good foot. I learnt to sidehop to the right, as this is apparently the correct way, but I only got a certain height, just about 20 inches. Then one day I went to the left for some strange reason, so I sidehopped in the direction of my good foot. On that day I managed to get a 33" sidehop, and since then I haven't been able to match or beat that. The technique didn't look as good (landed on front wheel then the rear wheel), but I could do it to my left very controlled, and rarely would I lose balance and have to hop off as a result of it. It always put me off though, as I thought I would get stuck on height due to limited tuck (your legs cross over weird going in the same direction as your forward foot). So lately I was determined to sidehop right, scary stuff but I'm eventually gettingt there. And when I get my bike working I want to equal or top the highest sidehop I did, but going the natural way. I say do whatever feels more comfortable, now that I have developed the correct method (to me anyways), I can physically tuck the bike into me, land two wheels at once, and get good height because of it. Also slipping down to pedal is a good relaxing thought.
