  1. Hmn, I guess its an active part of the forum, so lots of people can get their opinions heard. Your a member and your posting here?
  2. Whats the point in sending Christmas cards at Christmas? He wants to spread his Christmas cheer at this jolly time of year and wish them good luck in the future. But he didn't see the topic already started, which I guess isn't a big issue, we all make mistakes Merry Christmas and a happy new year to everyone.
  3. I got: An Onza T-VeeA couple of PSP gamesDerren Brown's new bookChocolateUrban combat trousersMoneyAftershaveDeal or No Deal DVD game. Been out on my bike most of the day
  4. Bah, you spend to much time with Sian thats why. Nah just kidding mate, hopefully another time then.
  5. I've edited it. C - Colchester W - Witham How often do you ride Ben? And anyone up for a ride in Braintree this saturday?
  6. Hehe I know you, you was in my brother's year at school. Remember Joe Hutley
  7. If I am free on that day then I should tag along with Marcus and Co.
  8. Hmn, well I got my Onza T-Vee today, I'm thinking about removing the seat for short rides and things but I don't want the hole exposed as it will most probably fill up with crap. I have thought about buying a seat pad, but is there any option that I could do that I could find around the house? What have people done in the past besides; having the seat in, exposed, or a seat pad. Thanks, Tom
  9. Hehe, I've updated the list, I forgot Reece and his mate. Lol, got my T-Vee today, I didn't think I would get it, and now I have been out on it most of the day. For a standard V-brake on a smooth tarless rim, it works pretty good. Heck, does anyone wanna meet up for a big Braintree ride at the weekend? EDIT: I have also put a 'B' beside the names of riders in Braintree.
  10. Heh, hopefully I should come, but not promising anything. 50/50 on it. Jack, I just remembered that Luke is getting himself a Saracen Flea, 'ey? So thats another trials rider to add, as well as Ryan most probably buying Chris' (i_am_the_best_at_stakin) T-bird. (Aaron's old one). And Marcus you know Aaron at your school in year 9 don't you?, He was getting a new T-comp but I'm not too sure if he still is. Apparently his mate Ryan was gonna get one as well. Lots of riders starting out, 'ey?. More riders in Braintree than I thought, have to count them sometime, actually I'll do it now. I'll include some around the Braintree area like Colchester and Witham Aaron (T-mag) BEric (Brisa b26) BMarcus (T-pro) BCharlie (T-pro) BOllie (Saracen 2.six) BJason (Mission) BJack (T-comp) BJack M (Saracen M.A.D) BLee (Saracen Team Urban) BRyan P(Saracen 2.six) BChris (T-bird) BBlair (Monty) BDan (Mission) BMatt (Mission) BBen (Echo Control) BMe (T-Vee) BReece (Saracen 2.zero) BReece's mate (T-Vee) BLuke (Saracen 2.zero) BRyan D (T-Comp) B Nathan (Monty) CJay (Ashton) CCallum (T-pro now) CLuke (Echo Lite) CChris (Monty) CTom (Echo Team) CSteve (Monty) CBond (T-pro still I think) CAnd another guy on a diamond back C Alain (T-rex) WThen you've got Aaron. Who may or may not be getting a trials.Lots of riders, let me know if I've missed you.
  11. Hehe, I'm interested now, would be fun to have a fake ID. Not to mention useful.
  12. Hey Marcus, if I could make it, would I be able to come to Clacton with you guys? Would be nice to actually ride trials with you lot for once, without having to ride someone elses bike.
  13. The new T-comp's have an awesome specification compared to the new T-pro's, have a look at the pictures of them on TartyBikes.co.uk, the colour co-ordination is brilliant. T-comp looks like your getting more for your money and you don't have to worry about any extra parts striaght away.
  14. Usually I ride with about another 1-6 people/s, but even if you are in a large group when would go to one spot and usually just do different things on different parts of the spot. I prefer riding in about a group of 3, because with that number its not too big or too small and we are together in one place and can share our ideas on what to do etc. Usually with a larger number, if one person or two people say; "I want to go to this place", or something like that, there will always be the few who can't be arsed or don't want to.

  16. Okay people have been reviewing pads and things for ages, but it would be nice to have one topic where people list the pads they use or have used and why, what is good about them etc. So guys and gals, fire away! Also I want a rough idea of good affordable pads.
  17. Meh, I think that would make the bike too impractical for Ryan, we cover a lot of distance in our riding so its handy to have gears. Then again if you had single speed, it wouldn't be so bad for those of us riding Mod's I think he means or. Your bike looks pretty good as it is Ryan, I can't think what else you would really need? Perhaps new bars, or you could give it a good colour scheme.
  18. Oh yea one more thing, has anybody bought Hs33's from Chain Reaction Cycles? Because I want to know if they come pre-bled and with the Magura stickers and everything. Thanks a bunch, Tom
  19. Hehe Jack, don't forget to mention those who you already ride with. Me, ryan360, trialsr_lee, and I_am_the_best_at_stakin (or something like that) Hey Alain nice to see you on here, I was trying to find your profile after you saw us by the church the other week, if you can't tell I was the one with the big black helmet. What about Nathan on the bike that has the sprayed frame, and drilled rims, he is around the Braintree area isn't he?
  20. Well I thought I had this all sorted, but then it dauned on me. I had a search on the internet and here, but didn't find the answer. The question is, If I was to buy this Magura Hs33 brake set would I need to buy any extras for it to fit a 2 bolt mounting system?, or is all the required bits for it to fit a 2 bolt mount required? Thanks in advance, Tom
  21. Isn't that what forums are for, you can state your own personal thought or feeling on a subject or matter, if everyone had the same preference then a forum would be pointless and boring. As for me, I don't like the Saracen 2.Zero much, I don't like Saracens which retail for under £300 as they usually fall apart . A trials rider in my area bought one second hand for £40, I think its a great deal for that kind of price, but to buy one new is a foolish idea. Perhaps a beginner yes, or someone who has lots of money. I mean the rider said to me its not that much of a good bike, because the design means its not compatible with other parts, for example the headtube is a different size than that of a regular 20" bike, so moding the forks are a bugger.
  22. Just out interest Jack, have even had or used Onza rims or Halo rims? I don't think so. You can't make an opinion on something you haven't tried, or as the saying goes.
  23. Well my Saracen X-ray at the moment, I might as well list it and its components that I have bought Saracen X-ray 1 (06) - £225 Wellgo Alloy pedals - £10 Tranz-x bars - £6 Spindel (x2) - £20 Bikehut V-brake arms - £10 So that adds up to £271 And then when I get my trials for christmas, this is how it should be. Onza T-vee (07) - £250 - £300 Magura Hs33's - £120 So that adds up to £370-£420 Then of course I'll buy the little necessities, but I guess those don't count. I'd like to hear what everyone elses lists consists of.
  24. Woah, all this swearing over the fact that he noticed that Onza isn't recognised by the spell checker. Come on Lee there wasn't much need in that was there?, If your angry take it out on something else (preferably non living), not a fellow trials rider.
  25. How about a lump of tar. I love that film. "Hell I like you, you can come on over to my house and f**k my sister!" Ah that made my day.
