the trouble is people have now realised, that they no longer need 5000 strong groups to cause chaos(as in the student protests) and that a group of 200 people, can easily run a riot and loot what they want, and the police are pretty powerless to help. its not hard to find 200 people who are on the poverty line, already angry, uneducated, and willing to go rob themselves a new tv, and still claim jobseekers come friday, and people are wiling to do it, because if 200 people loot comet, everyone will leave with plenty of stuff, and thats only from 1 shop.

lets be honest, i was taking the piss, because as i said "smashing up comet, burning down allied carpets and torching residents cars" is really standing up against the police isnt it.

this has already come up, girl i know who is mates with my ex(me and my ex are cool- not the new found ex btw) had awesome patter with her for a few weeks,wed chat about random shit for ages. shes single, and looking. she popped up on facebook like 2 minutes ago, said "hi", i immediately bottled it, gave it a minute and disappeared. its like when your single, every conversation with a single girl is vital. and id got nothing good to say, this time last week wed discuss cheese strings to just pass time.

basically she was sick of not seeing me(shes in uni 80 minutes away, her home is 2.5 times that). I cancelled on seeing her this weekend, cos of work commitments, shes said it was the last straw. im pretty cut up about it, but someone said, single guys get MOAR BACON.

just youtube endurocross,went to watch it in sheffield the other year, its seriously good, but unfortunately hasnt caught over here too well.

ajax-trees FC the cross-inn squad (obviously you need to go find a local pub of the same name to be affiliated with) Touchen-end FC (its actually a place in berkshire) are 3 which spring to mind.

its everything really bfbc2 loading times are awful, worse than my mates 4 year old laptop but some games dont run that well, stuff like dirt 3 runs ok(30 fps +) on medium settings etc, but then gta4 regularly drops down to like 10 fps (and shows its using all my graphics cards available memory at 1360x768 res, low to medium settings) I read that the gtx460 scaled incredibly well in SLI tests (i.e better than a single gtx 480 1536mb,which cost twice as much) I would upgrade the complete system, but the only thing Id be keeping when upgrading is HDD (although would be adding an SSD at some point) and the graphics card (ram is ddr2, motherboard is am2). I wouldnt be spending over £250 on a graphics card, as i just cant justify it, so adding another one at circa £110 seems like the smart choice. so figure i may as well use the current graphics card over building a new system. Also allows me to get it all up and running now, and upgrade it over the next couple of paychecks. Ive currently got a brand new i7 2600k I could have tomorrow night, without paying a penny for it(lad owes me £800,he doesnt have it, but would give me the processor for money off his debt, as he cant afford to build a new pc at the moment), i could pop to aria on thursday and pick up a socket 1155 motherboard, and 2 4gb sticks of ddr3 ram for say £180. build it up and have it running thursday afternoon. Then when im paid the end of the month, go spend another £180 on a second gtx 460, and a 60gb ssd drive. then in a few weeks, go pick up another 4gb stick or 2 if i wanted to. meaning for £360 I could have an i7 rig, with 8gb of ram, twin gtx 460's, and a ssd. which when you compare it to complete systems.Like these.

mainly looking at muel for this one, but anyone else free to chip in with their 2 cents. Right, currently running an amd phenom 9500 quad core(clock speed 2.2ghz), a gtx460 768mb graphics card, and 4gb ddr2 ram. everything works ok, but im getting trounced on entry speed into games, and some older games(gta4 for example dont work) Bearing in mind i do no hard app work at all, its all for gaming. Would i see a benefit in going I7 over a phenom 2 x4 3.7ghz or x6 3.3 ghz?? would be running it with 8+gb of ddr3 1333mhz, may be tempted to whack another gtx 460 in there. but yea am i going to see much benefit from the extra cost. also, recommend a decent socket 1155 motherboard, with 4 dimm slots, for as cheap as possible??

a little snippet that may be relevant, im running superstar wheels, no complaints. Ideally i wanted to run hopes, but these wheels cost me less than a hope hub on a semi decent rear rim would of done.

erm, I used a compressor, but not like a garage airline style one(i.e 140psi in an air hose, ready to go), just a cheap £20 12v boot of the car jobby(i was going to take them to work and do them with the airline, but had read that you could do it with a trackpump (which i dont own) so figured id give it a go with that one, low and behold it worked. the use of sealant or not was never a factor for me(mainly because even if i went ust, id never run it without sealant,as it gives you puncture protection) im intrigued to see how well those tubeless repairs would work, (given that some people say they're the dogs bollocks) but until i need a repair, i obviously cant try it out. yea, makes sense to go ust if your changing rims anyway(I probably would of done, but was skint, wanted to ride the weekend, and superstar components where selling them wheels for pennies)

theres a post off me, saying what i did with regards to my ghetto set up, in this forum somewhere, ill go dig it out after this post. but as a quick answer: no downsides as far as i can tell(from what must now be 600+ miles of use) I use goo, but its ono agricultural tyre sealant, not the expensive latex stuff. I have to use goo cos im doing it ghetto. as for what you need, I got a standard set of wheels(i.e the wheels and tyres id been running on the weekend before), a bottle of tyre sealant, a stanley knife and a bmx tube with a threaded valve. never had an air burp, I wouldnt say punctures are any harder to fix, there just less common. (i used to carry 3 spare tubes on a day long ride, I now carry one), its still a case of whipping the wheel off, tyre off,you then just take off the bmx innertube/rimtape device, and whack in a regular tube, and your away to go. granted this then means at the end of the ride, youll have to do your tubeless set up again(about 5 minutes) but the only way I see ill get a puncture is if I get a tyre ruining puncture anyway( i have read that some people use car style patches(i.e with a plug on the end you cut off,to repair tyres). Ive never had an airburp, but used to pinch flat semi regular(whether it was just a pinch flat, or a puncture which i didnt notice which then caused me to pinch flat ill never know), so at xc pressures id say airburping is a pretty much none existant issue(using spank subrosa rims. with maxxis advantage/ignitor tyres for reference) edit/new post: (depending on how quick i was) heres the thread on it, any more questions about, feel free to shoot over a pm(although to be fair, googling ghetto tubeless will do) boom! think mike singleton tried it in a trials bike years ago, and came to the conclusion that under 25psi burps happened on the back a little too regular,but couldnt fault it for xc use.

its googles attempt to reinvent the social networking wheel, i can see it may well work. given that google music seems pretty shit h*t and it will most likely intertwine with that on full release, given the fact that every man and his dog uses chrome(think how when you go to hotmail.com your msn comes up in the bottom corner, imagine having your social networking ticking over in the bottom corner of every website) add to this that supposedly by the end of next (???? possibly this, now)android is set to have a 40% market share in smartphones, google could(but wont) just take facebook/twitter apps off the marketplace(aka the apple way of locking shizzle down), making sure it all integrates seamlessly with android (ill be honest, my gmail contacts/phonebook/facebook contacts do it fairly well as it is now) and theyll be onto a winner. EDIT: totally forgot the point of my post, from what i can tell the invite only beta is now closed, they had too many people take it up, so if you aint got it now, you aint getting it till official release day(which i guess proves how quickly it may well catch on, given that if myspace now released a new life changing update, many people would go mywho??)
