  1. right, wouldnt quite say what youd said, as its making it sound like ur the issue. id go more for. "i dont know what to do, i really like you,like you wouldnt believe, but i cant commit to a relationship with you at the moment,i couldnt see you enough, and its not fair to keep you in a relationship like that, where we dont get enough time together" that way it looks more like your the one who actually wants a relationship, but your not willing to treat her like crap by sticking her in a relationship wer she never gets to see her boyfriend.
  2. woot one week of not working out, drinking hard, and eating a load of crap. and im over 14 st 11 now. thats 4lbs of what is probably mostly fat in a week. fookin hoorah for a slow metabolism. muel, you dont do all of that workout each time do you surely??? but yeah id suggest upping the weight a bit more, if your knocking out 90 curls in a session(spesh if your doing them in that order there) on top of the stuff like rows etc which work your biceps too. then the weight your using is probably too low. one for chris, as you are the dip king. any particular benefit/drawback to doing dips with a wide/narrow "grip". ive always done them with my arms out from my sides about 4 inches or something.but this week being away from home, was improvising on a 2 banister posts a good few inches wider. and found it hurting my shoulders/the top of me pecs way more..
  3. fish is still fat. but i was 18 stone a couple of years back, im now hoverin around 14. stone 7, and pretty big built muscle wise. but as your just starting anything will work really, its only once ur proper into it that training programs come into your own. doing 3 series of 100 is overkill for most people. just doing 3 sets of 20 will see reasonable strength gains and a slight improvement in size. obviously, providing your keeping correct form, and your not overtraining(although i do have my doubts as to the damage of overtraining, as your body adapts to it) then the more the better really. in other weight training news, just measured by bicep(flexed) and im at just under 16 inches(about 15.8-9). with no pump.
  4. its ok. if you dont want a relationship with anyone but new girl. then either get in a relationship with new girl, and just tell old girl you want a relationship, and you know that isnt what she wants. tell her your sorry for getting her hopes up etc. or if the new girl is quite happy to just keep it casual then theres no reason you cant keep it casual with both girls. open relationships are great things. typed so that you dont have to understand punctuation. now my girl issue, i dont want to shag anything, at all, ive got no interest of late.tried everything, drinking, not drinking, wanking more,not wanking at all. but honestly got no interest in it at all. have i passed my sexual peak already at the age of 20, and ive now become a disinterested old man? texting a couple of bebo sluts, who despite being slightly slaggy, are rather fit. but meh, i so cant be assed actually meeting them/popping one in them, its untrue. same with the bird from nye,she is pretty much beggin me to go and pork her, i keep making excuses about the distance, and her bf. but the truth is im not interested, despite the fact shes fit as can be.
  5. nah, jakes at uni, sharing a flat with some bird. im still here, cos, well why not really. im sober and have been out for a few hours this evening, jon macks not all that crazy, straight edge aint all that bad. would a lack of alcohol this year account for my low sexual libido(its late that may be some kind of large pink bird, else i think its the right word) i aint knocked out in like a week, cos i wanted to see how long i could go without whacking one out, only thing is, usually after not whackin one out for a couple of times id shag a frog if i could stop it jumpin. but meh, im not even tempted by the girsl id usually shag drunk, even now im full of spunk. not even that tempted to whack one out either. but yea being sober on a saturday night is a pretty odd feeling, spesh after going out, but it does leave me with an inability to sleep.i like to overthink a lot after going out.

  7. agreed, before my first crash i was the boy. invincible, several times people had been in me car, and i didnt think i was gunning it yet they thought i was going to roll it. eventually i did crash it pretty badly(although payed the damage myself) but yea, chances are your going to crash your first car. and with the cost of claims, i think the cost of insurance is pretty fair.
  8. 1) its a film, it doesnt have to make sense 2) i think youd get bored of chicken soup after a bit 3) sport? my questions, why would you have such a clean mustang if there was no one to see it? the whole place was trashed, where did he keep his cars. i saw no garage on that house? theres no way he cut his hair himself, and i doubt sam would have the dexterity to keep that barnet in trim? runnin round in a mustang+ suv's for a couple of years, wheres all the fuel coming from, theres no power to the rest of the city, so the fuel pumps wouldnt be on, also any fuel will have gone stale after that time.

  10. only ever used one about 3 times when i was like 16, and it was a polar one, but there around the £100 mark a lot depends on how often your going to use it. theres some ones on ebay for like £8 posted, that sense when you hold your finger on them, but dont know if there any cop. theres some ones on ebay for £20ish, with a chest strap, which is more like what i used, but again dont know how good they are. as unless there super accurate(which i sometimes doubt with even the polar units) then theres little point in them imo, as you know roughly how fast your hearts going after youve measured your pulse a few times at different speeds, you can stand there, and just feel your heart beating in your chest, and youve got a pretty good idea of your rough heartrate to within 20-30 bpm.
  11. whats a good weight to me shoulder/military pressing behind the head. was doing 45kg today for 3 x 10, and its proper hurting. is that a decent weight(just over half me bench press weight) or does it really need work(never reallly did it till today) 2 weeks off training now, with being at college, probably going to come back a stone heavier or something stupid thanks to 2 weeks of take aways, fried breakfasts, shop bought pasta salads etc. still 13 7 by end of june is the plan. wether it happens or not is anyones guess. also hurt me c*ck today, was doing incline bench with 2 24kg dumbells, finished me set and sat up, to drop em down at me feet, let the one down between me legs, caught the edge of it between me bell end and the bench, got to be the worst injury ive had from weight lifting so far.
  12. new gym then, mine closed in september, and to be fair it was rather a big set back, and the new gym aint as good, and is more expensive, but meh, its way better than nothing.
  13. im the same, and its nothing you can explain ive had girls way fitter than i should of been able to get, and mates tell me im a d*ck for not sticking with them, but its just one of those things. there seems to be little fun in it once your an item.sometimes it not even like the girls being that restrictive on you, you still see your mates and everything. but then you start to feel like your treating her like crap, and she just dont care. so you either end up thinking "f**k it we might as well not be together, im treating her like a doormat" or you think "ha this is great i can do what i want and shes still with me" but then if your doing what you want, its like "do i really want a relationship at all" i also kinda like the lack of planning or foresight needed to do anything, can just bugger off wherever whenever to do whatever with whoever at a moments notice. a girlfriend seriously removes that.

  17. yea but if hes just gettin a universal cone filter, chances are itll soak more heat.and actually be slower. and if your gettin a proper shielded unit, then your lookin at nearly the price of a plug in tuning box. performance panel filter wouldnt be too bad, if they do them for that.
  18. it doesnt have a carb? extractors???? you mean manifolds. pretty expensive item, and little gains. look into a dtuk tuning box, about all thatd be worth doing.
  19. i thought that, perhaps water pump or something, but why only when it starts? and nothing would be hot enough to create smoke when it starts. only thing smoke could come out of the engine from when its cold, is something from the cylinder onwards. and itd have to after the cylinder, otherwise itd cause a misfire/rough running. so sensible suggestions would be EGR valve/pipe if its diesel. but why only on start up, makes little to no sense. errr: just a thought, if its smoke everytime you turn the engine on, and just on turn on, sure it isnt the starter motor/earth strap with a bad connection. although ive never come across this, its about the only thing i can think of that could cause smoke on start up and not when running. ~ or possibly if its a derv. is there diesel or water sitting around the top of a faulty glow plug thats shorting across the water to the head. again something ive never come across, but its a possible answer thats got me stumped.
  20. id say if youd ran it without water, the headgasket/head would be very suspect to cracking. but the plume of smoke from the engine bay seems a bit meh aint really got a clue? as the just on the start up makes it sound a bit of an odd one. edit: missed a bit off the end in my haste
  21. just looked at panache on itchy bristol, to see if i knew where it was. according to itchy, its a massage parlour with videos? was thinking of a night club, but meh, may give it a go:P edit: itchybristol looks so out of date compared to itchy manchester. aparently the syndicate dont open mondays, well i been there 3 mondays, and its been open. and the second room which is occasionally open, has always been open gunna catch u on msn for some questions.
  22. dont know never been to the brighton one, been to bristol and mk one. mk one is crap, just like a bit of a liquid. but bristol ones pretty mint, 5 bars, 3 dancefloors(if you count the one at the bottom as a dance floor). place is absolutely massive. (although when you think about it, its not that big, as all the bars are small to medium size. and the ice room dancefloor aint that big, and the dancefloor on the top floor is pretty small. however the top floors dance floor is illuminated. but the whole place is pretty nice. theres no drinks on the dance floors, so the floors aint sticky, everywhere is always real clean. all the big corridors connectin everywhere are super clean. probably be in there next thursday, and the thursday after. to all the bristolians, wheres good mid week? always go syndicate on a monday, oceania on a thursday, but tuesdays and wednesdays??? been lizard lounge a couple of times, but meh wasnt that impressed.
  23. if the taxi drivers stupid late, i often walk off, ill give them a few minutes and more if its a busy night. but ive rang for a taxi which hsas just been "round the corner", and took over 30 minutes to come, ill just walk off.
  24. yea but the gains are very small, for that hour of work(taking a guess its kind of like a weight based circuit training class). its like anything you do it enough, itll hurt. youd probably see bigger gains in doing 10 minutes of 3 sets of dips till failiure,3 sets of chins up till failiure, and finishing off with a couple of minutes of slow press ups. why do weights have to be soooo expensive(for decent ones) my york cheapy plastic ones got me started, but now to make them any use as dumbells, i have to have that many weights on them i cant fit me hand between the weights. want to get a set up at home, as im going on to a 4 day week soon. so that spare weekday off would be an ideal day to train like a mother.but its like mega bucks. anyone got any ideas. really want an ez bar.(my new gym doesnt have one) dumbells. a bench with no rack for the bar.(ive found some of these for not too much) got a bench with a rack for the bar, not too arsed about having a barbell really,as cant beast the bench press without a spotter, so can just switch it up do it on me days at work(as my gyms 17 mile away, right next to work) but to get a decent set up of weights. is like £200+ (the york EZ bar in argos didnt actually look too bad, till i realised id need to put something like 2.5 times the weight it comes with on it, and you couldnt even fit 1.5x the weight it comes with on it(it comes with 7.5kg per side, considering i used to do 12.5 per side comfortably and dabble with 15kg per side, after a days work, and that was with an olympic style ez bar, i think 17.5 per side would be a sensible figure on the york bar)
  25. erm, very unlikely, they may not accept calls to the taxi firm from that number again, and may pass the number round to other taxi firms in the area. to be fair i probably wouldnt get taxis in your area from your mobile again, or at least not for a good while. if they do pass it round other cab firms, may find yourself getting into a cab where he locks the doors, or puts the childlock on and drives you to a nice field in the middle of nowhere and chucks you out, at least thats what tends to happen round our end. police are highly unlikely to get involved though
