im really hopin thats 1 rep max, as otherwise, your pushin some serious weight compared to me (i weigh about 90kg, and bench about 75kg, but thats 10-12 reps) Also hate, how you can do so much more when you aint been to work, after work im usually pretty tired, so cant get that much done at the gym. pushed me dumbell bench and incline, to 26kg 12 reps. want to hit 30 kg x 12 asap.

i have to admit if i was mods or admin, or even seniors, id probably start swapping my name with another senior, mod or admin, just to see who gets confused.

u look rather tubby in that caveman outfit. so far ive done feck all, however theres something on at my gym about it tomorrow. involves like 4 circuit training classes, a 3 mile run, and a few other things, im probably not going to do any of it, however i might put a couple of quid in the box, so i dont feel guilty.

not going to go much into the diet, as it all varies on your metabolism, what you want from your training and what you can put up with. as for training, start off with something simple, 3 sets of 10 or 12 reps. would strongly suggest encorporating some of the following into your workout Bench press Pull ups Squats Bicep curls Deadlifts. Tricep dips none of them should require a machine at all, just free weights and a bar/dipping station. If its your first time using a gym, id strongly suggest an induction of some sorts, or asking someone to show you round the machines, theyll probably give you a load of advice, which id take with a large pinch of salt, then go read up on stuff elsewhere on the net. not saying theres not well trained individuals in the fitness industry, but of about 15 staff at my last 2 gyms, id only really take advice off 3 of them. trainings not at its best for me, had 2 weeks off at college, a week in work, where ive only managed to get to the gym twice, and ive now got 2 weeks on leave, where i probably wont get to the gym, due to the gym being right next to work, 17 or so miles away. just preparing to hit it hard for 6 weeks solid between 31st march and the 12th may.

its the way forward, since i turned 16, ive had like 3 proper girlfriends, and in 4 years, have spent no more than about 5 months in relationships. its all about rockin out, with your cock out, parties, random sex, lines of cocaine that make you buy bigger coffee tables, the odd 2 week fling, pregnancy scares, cans of strongbow, sti tests and waking up in strangers houses on a saturday afternoon. seriously its about having fun while your young, i know people who got "engaged" at 15, whats the point, might as well have some fun, till your old enough to know better, then settle down at that time. -
it will make a big difference, or at least does with me ( my current policy ends in september, in october i hit the 21 barrier) (i also have a bike of sorts, and strangely enough could quite easily borrow a van identical to yours from work) and on a type R i will save £430 if i wait that extra month to hit 21. should imagine it would be the same, if not better, for you. best way is www.moneysupermarket.com, and go on the car insurance bit(because you can just press back in your browser, amend driver, and change the year you where born, rather than getting a full on quote) if you need your car at all in that month, norwich union do day insurance for £10.50 (pricey for the day, but if you need it for a fishing trip or the like, its worth it) or you can even get a 1 month policy with Ecar.

have you ever tapped anything? (other than a few pallets)

basically paolo and nikki where wrote in by the writers, as an afterthought. supposedly the story goes a little something like this. the show had 2 kind of hot american teen's in it(think dawsons creek, the OC style, young fit people) who happened to be brother and sister (boone and shannon) but once they were both killed off(presumably because they didnt have any more of a story for them) they realised this element of the show was down the sh*tter(spesh as seen as theyd turned claire into a bit of a tubby MILF, and instead of picking someone fit to play rousseau's daughter, they picked a minger). so they thought theyd write 2 fit people into the story, in the hope to attract those people back. but it was quickly established that no one liked them that much, or the way they had been brought in suddenly without really involving them with anyone else (juliettes therapist, was kind of written into it, to help juliettes story a long, and tied in with goodwin etc) so they where just as quickly wrote out, hence the crappy story surrounding both of them. as for whose on the boat, who knows?

yea, basically the idea is they send you email saying youve bought something you havent off them (paypal), if you havent bought this item, please log in to cancel the payment. so you think "hey paypal have just stopped me being scammed, ill log in and cancel the paypal" you click onto the link, to cancel the payment, sign in, but its not really paypal. its a site set up to look like it, so youve just given the site, your password and username, so they can then actually scam you as they got your paypal account details.

meh, i still aint got last years leeds tickets off the credit card yet. hoping to do leeds this year, wakestock (if tickets aint sold out in 2 weeks time that is) and im suddenly tempted by nass, purely cos it would cost me more to get a ticket for Less than jake on there next uk tour, and a ticket for pendulum at warehouse project, than it would to see both of them at nass, as well as gettin the FMX chucked in.

for the amount youll use it for trials, just get the cheapest one you can do, it will crack easier if you drop it, the motor wont be as strong, it wont be as durable, and it will shake around a bit more, but for 5 minutes use, every 6 weeks, it doesnt really matter.

Chainless Bicycle Technology.... Check It Out
Fish-Finger-er replied to Rusevelt's topic in Trials Chat
seems a bit of overkill right now, but im sure with correct devolepment, which it wont have, due to the large costs involved, it could be a decent option to a chain driven set up. got to bear in mind, that with development, the front bit of it with the front differential unit in it, could quite easily function as a BB, with the shaft routed down the chainstay, and straight to the rear hub, and if the ratchet mecahnism was in the bb unit, this would be a fixed rear hub, therefore lighter. so youve got the removal of a chain, an 18t sprocket, a bashring, a 15t sprocket,a tensioner, and the rear freehub unit. thats a fair bit of weight removed, granted it probably isnt quite as much as is added, but theres not much in it is should imagine, add the clearance benefits etc, and if the idea was developed i could see it working. this is before i mention fitting it to a bike with a heavy 8 speed cassette, a stupid long chain, 2 derailleurs, 2 rings and a bashring up front. but as its a small scale company, i cant see it getting very far. -
Yea, the pedalling backwards thing isnt really an issue, if youve got it as your low gear, as youll normally be going faster than needed to drive it. so youll still backpedal normally. only issue is when your stopped though, as at that point it basically becomes a fixie that goes forward both ways.if that makes any sense.
-
theres only one chain, travelling at one speed, but its around 2 different sized sprockets, going in different directions around each sprocket, so one is in effect constantly freewheeling when pedalling forwards, and the other constantly freewheeling when pedalling backwards.

to be fair, the parts supply for triumph, ford, austin, mg, etc are all fairly good, granted you cant just go to your local scrappy for bits, but theres companys out there, who do affordable pattern parts for all the common stuff. ever thought of bumming off the classic car idea, and doing a kit car. plenty of unfinished cars out there, that are right bargains, rather fun to do, a lot of fun to drive, plentiful parts supply, as most of them will use a sierra for a donor vehicle, and anything that you cant get to fit, you can usually make to fit. something like a dutton malos, seen a couple for sale as unfinished projects for £400ish, even saw a bare shell, and all the bits, complete with q plate and v5(so no need to sva test it all again, just build it/rebuild it, and get it mot'd)
-
luckily with the more classic cars, RWD is a lot more commonplace. the insurance isnt really an issue, on classic cars, size means very little price wise as for simplicity, theres not a lot in it size wise, its more about technology, stuff with twin cams, will be more complex than single cam stuff. but at the end of the day, if your going as far as into full engine rebuilds, then i dont see there will be an issue with any of it, as if your competent enough to strip down an old 8v engine, your competent enough to strip down a 3.0 24v v6 engine, theres just more nuts and bolts really.

you my friend, need to learn the art of the bullsh*tter. talk about pure Codshit, just to keep the conversation flowing, shopping, her top, the bar, what you did last weekend, favourite songs, clubs in town, where you grew up, where she grew up, the time of day. hopefully within a couple of minutes, shell either find something your talking about interesting, and shell latch on, and turn it into a conversation, or shell get bored, and start talking about something which interests her, at which point, you instantly become interested in that. i spent an hour one night talking to a girl about her poetry module for uni, i dont know bugger all about poetry, and i dont really know what the point of it was, but i ended up meeting her 3 more times. -
the mk 5/6 rs2000 is indeed front wheel drive, but ford also produced 500 rs20004x4's. which are, as the name suggests, 4 wheel drive.

meh, not directly, but bear in mind all equal oppurtunities. and that, funding to ethnic minorites should be preportionate to their size in the community. for example, if 15% of essex youths are of asian background. and 15% of council funding doesnt go towards them, then they are technically being discriminated against.
-
rs2000 4 x4 as well, thought that was only mark 5, but seem to remember me mate edds was a 95, making it a mark 6. but whatever, there where no mk 3 or 4 escorts that werent FWD. and out of the newer shape escorts (mark 5 and onwards) only the cossies and the rs2000 4x4 where AWD. on an additonal note, i think its sad how between a few of us, theres not much of parkers we cant tell you.
-
nah they are, mk1 and mk2 escys are rear wheel drive. mk3 and 4 escorts dont come in RWD, only FWD. rest of the escorts are FWD only too, part from the cossies. EDIT : and the mk5 rs2000 4x4, before anyone gets pedantic
