  1. I live about 15 minutes from wrexham, used to skate daredevils quite a bit to be fair, ill see if I can dig anything out(few mates still skate, if nothing else, someone may have phone numbers of people who were involved back in the day). You say bike will be on multi terrain, not quite sure what this means. but what kind of bike area are you looking at?? youve said trials park, but ill be honest, the trials scene round here isnt massive, so i realise your going to have to throw in a lot more elements to that to make it a success, im thinking your probably thinking outdoor skatepark, combined with the indoor one. and possibly some dirt jumps. which sounds promising. Where abouts in wrexham are planning on having it(saying your having 5 acres indoors, 10 acres outdoors, I really cant see you having any buildings built specially for this, as the cost would be too high, so im taking a guess that the buildings are already in place, and i can only think of a couple of places in the wrexham area that would possibly have buildings anywhere near that size. Load more stuff coming your way via PM(as i dont see airing it on a public forum will be beneficial, to anyone, in any way)
  2. Right, my way of looking at it, as an ex rider. Trials has grown and diversified.when I first started riding trials, I was just the guy in a bunch of kids who used to ride jumps/xc/dh/street all day, who went from running a 38t front ring, to a 32t ring and bash, everyone got on, cos we rode bikes, wed rang out down the trails with bmx'ers wed give a casual alright to the xc'ers wed see up the side of mountains, hell even the lycra clad roadies would get a nod when they passed us on the road(even if it was followed up with a "nice ass, queerboy" comment when they where out of earshot) Much the same way riding bikes has diversified into different disciplines, trials as its own discipline has now split up. Much like motorbikes, split into on road and off road, which then split into MX, Enduro, Sx, freestyle, then freestyle split up to have stuff like this: Youtube Video -> Original Video which is totally different to this: Youtube Video -> ">" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350">

  4. Stop it with the jabber, whats your Kos total?? girls in holiday mode do rule though.
  5. Clean bulk is the object of adding lean muscle mass, but not fat, so you eat higher than your daily calorie requirements, but by a small amount, and eat healthy, as opposed to the bulk a lot of people do when on roids/on the off season in bodybuildin, where you just concentrate on protein intake and total calorie intake, so youll be eating a fair amount, but its more brown rice and skinless chicken breast, protein shake and fruit ,than KFC and deep fried mars bar.
  6. A lot of people I know (including myself) and the general consensus on the net is to cut first, then bulk afterwards(clean bulk mind, not just pile it on) Reason being, a skinny guy with 16-16.5 inch biceps, looks way more ripped than a tubby guy with 17-18 inch biceps. gus pacho here for instance plus once your skinny every pound of mucle you stick on will be real noticeable, as opposed to now, where youd just look a bit bigger, and feel a bit less squashy.

  8. everyones different, so trains for different amount of times, and some people find things work for them better than others(not so much the science, more the mentality) i.e some people argue that they only get to the gym twice a week, and are proper fired up for it when there there, so make better gains doing it that way, as when they go every day it ends up becoming routine, and they just go in, do their weights and leave, and dont really push it. Others argue that after an hour there concentration/interest/focus wanders, and as a result, they stop working as hard. Likewise some people argue that, you shouldnt work out for that long, as you no longer have the energy to push yourself, others say you should work out for longer, as your working your muscles more by doing more lifts/exercises, and more work = more gain. Same goes for the frequency of training, it may take several days to recover from a training session, and training every day, leaving only 1 day gaps between muscle groups will make you ache like hell, but doing this forces your body to adapt to cope with the demands placed upon it, and in the end you end up with a stronger ( and possibly bigger) muscle that can work for longer, more often. (this is also why you cant walk for a couple of days the first time you go the gym properly(although my reason for not being able to walk, was using the sauna post workout and meeting a chap called Cecil in there) and why you soon just begin to ache a little). Its all about finding what works for you. (and likewise switching up length, frequency etc of workouts, as again, doing that is forcing the body to adapt). And it depends what your training for, if your planning on going into the army or something, and thats why your training, then I dont think working on a 7 day rest period is much good, as youll be physically active most if not all days, so should train likewise for it. If your training to be as strong as you can for one lift, then a longer rest time and working lower reps/higher sets, and not doing as many variations on each exercise is probably better. if your wanting to do 2000 press ups in an hour, then higher reps is going to be more benificial, if your trying to pile on muscle, then possibly cut out the cardio, if your trying to look buff (not that you could get much buffer :$ )then the idea changes again(although theres no definitive answer on looking buff).
  9. I was thinking the exact same thing, but with sheep, Pah, i must live too close to the border. although thinking about it, sheep would be a more suitable size for pringle tubes, i think cats would just look daft.
  10. only other bit of semi local advice dave is, go to the toshiba store in cheshire oaks, last time i got something from in there(my mums 15 inch laptop for like £270), theyd got a very nice 17" one, with 320gb hd, 4gb ram, and a fairly nice spec for £399, and it was like £580 elsewhere on the net. (also they sometimes sell off their demo laptops for like half price, as when i got my mums, i was trying to barter with them(As they said theyd give £50 off any tv when i bought the 15 inch laptop, would they give the same money off another laptop, and id buy 2 laptops off them, they told me they couldnt discount any laptops as i was buying 2, unless i bought 2 of the £399+ ones, in which case theyd give me 15% off the cheaper laptop, but they also said theyd got a demo £599 laptop theyd sell for £350)
  11. pass on the goods in box, when i googled them(am debating gettin one myself at the end of august), couldnt find any issues with them, although im just going to buy it on the credit card, and if theres anything up, let them deal with it. It'd cost a lot more in the sony shop, the hp version of that pc, which is like £392, my mates payed like £1400 for one not much better than that not long ago(500gb hd, but not much else) and there was a worse one for £700 in currys not that long ago(and the same models else where on the web are a fair bit more). You could try getting price matches, but as there slightly older models most places wont stock them, so wont do a price match. edit: just read the points above, not much else can be said, except when i googled the store, theres very few(read no one) people complaining about them so assumed it was safe.but obviously it is a scam. explains the cheap prices too.
  12. how about this??? considering buying one myself for watching films on whilst away from home/ a back up to my desktop. hp laptop or possibly sony laptop
  13. happy birthday babes, would of sent you some sex text abuse, but only just got my phone back working with numbers( i think)
  14. happy birthday, just got your text(at least i think its you).
  15. Nah, its just the inner driveshaft, with support bearing. on the left of the picture, the shorter driveshaft, will fit into splines inside the box. and on the other end, another driveshaft, will bolt onto the flange on the left. with an inner and an outer cv joint on each shaft, with independant rear suspension. this is a live axle as you can see theres no articulation in the axle at all. it always has to be straight, and the wheels always have to be parallel, restricting suspension movement and path of the wheel.
  16. BUMP. Its next week, whos in? whos out? whos undecided(that would be me).
  17. Glen, lets be honest the one and only thing that would really suit you, would be a balaclava.
  18. it depends, the ones just sittin there asking for change get ignored, the ones that ask for change towards a hostel, or a warm meal, also generally get span the "i aint got no change on me", but occasionally you get the odd one who comes up and gives it the old "Alright mate, times are hard, im homeless, dont suppose u could spare me some change so i can get a few tinnies" them kinda guys are at least honest, and generally get 50p-£1(which id probably of chucked in the fruit machine anyway)
  19. As above, however just before christmas I sent off my expired passport on a monday, I had my new one on my doorstep thursday morning(and that was in the run up to christmas, with a slower post) EDIT: according to the directgov website, its 2 weeks using the post offices check and send service. Also Newport south Wales is your closest passport office, so it aint too much of a trek. EDIT2: I meant as above in response to jon's post, you need a passport to leave the uk, (well to enter the other country at least, it allows you to pass the port(hence the name)), the EU thing is you can move freely/stay/work without authority(visa), still need a passport to get entry though.
  20. Isnt that just Australia in general??
  21. never rode there, and its been years since i been up there, from memory i could see it being a good place to ride, but only for expert/elite riders, all seems a bit big and all sharp angles etc for your average rider. Spellin is stiperstones, if you want to google it up and have a look. Erm. to the OP, no where in shropshire has got much of a scene, theres a few shropshire riders, sam oliver, rich rewden, fishy, pagie, me(now retired due to old age) Mototrials theres a fair few riders around.

  23. Am I the only one who finds that 99% of girls arent relationship material because of the above things, and the fact that they take things too seriously. Right now out of all the girls I know, I'd consider 4 of them girlfriend material, 2 of them are my exes, Its just like most girls dont tick all the boxes, and the ones that do, you end up getting on stupid well with, to the point where your like good friends and its semi awkward to move on from there. granted with the 2 girls I mentioned who arent my exes, moving it into a relationship isn't exactly the issue, the one girls got a boyfriend(who has become a bit of a mate now too,due to me spending time with the girl whilst hes around),and the other one I dont really get chance to see at all at the moment. Only good things about the catty, celeb obsessed, fake tanned wannabe WAGS, is that they think they can have any lad they want, enabling you to drag them along for months, and no matter how many times you tell them your not interested, or they go off in a mood, theyll always be there till they actually get to shag you. because they only want to prove that point and validate themselves, that they can actually get any lad they want.
  24. Guess thats the last time shes going to forget to make your dinner in a hurry.
