dont know, maybe its not recharging as quick, possibly battery problems, or a problem with the flash itself, im sure if u had it on forced flash,as opposed to auto flash, it would do it as soon as recharged???

yea, aparently many house hold spiders have venom that would seriously harm us, but they got no way of injecting it. my only question is, dont we eat an average of 8 spiders a year, my only guess is our stomach acids ruin the venom, or it passes straight through us as it aint in our blood stream. (altho most other poisons are dangerous by ingestion). on a similar note, my cat eats daddy long legs, in the time ive spent with him today, which is probably under an hour, ive seen him eat 4. surely being on a 40 a day habit like this cant be healthy for him(considering hes a wee bit smaller than most humans)

id rather eat the plastic cover than the paper, but thats just me. papers basically just fibre, but pure fibre, imagine eating 300g of fibre a day. an how the whole reason we eat fibre is because it isnt broken down quickly and is passed through, aiding digestion. so its basically not gunna get broken down by your stomach.

never owned a scooter, but did cbt, cost me 75 quid, should imagine anywhere between 60-120 depending on wer u live/time u want it etc. as for ped insurance, for a basic 50cc ped round my end, all the people i knew with them, seemed to be payin about 100 third party fire an theft, but if your not in the sticks, may go up considerably

amen to that, trouble is, for most of us, although we love the clean feeling it dont happen. we come to an from work filthy, we occassionally eat in our car, petrol receipts go down the side pockets, we drive in the rain, we drop muddy stuff in the rear foot wells. hell ive even carried a dirty thumpstar on my brand new leather interior in the bm. point is, we all want clean cars all the time, hardly ever happens though. keep me exterior as clean as i can, but interior, thats tidyish, but aint no palace in there

lol thanks, has took god knows how much fettling,cleaning, polishing,spraying to get it to that state, think it was worth it though. dont think the highly expensive advertised polishes work the best, or are the best value for money, if it smells nice, then its had money wasted on it smelling nice.better getting something supplied for the automotive trade, even autoglym have gone a bit too retail recently.

dont bother with doing the full detail stuff to much, just clean and polish her when she needs cleaning, however on a saturday at work, did the following,all using autosmart professional valeting products. fairly shiny for a car that does 2k a month an regularly ends up sideways in fields splattered with mud, i think youll agree [attachmentid=6988]

you sure, my old 1.4 306, wud get the arse ragged off it, and would do 100 miles to 10 quid, at 88p a litre. now im sure a smaller car, drove by a more mature driver, say a 1.2 or a 1.4 106, would be doing 100 miles to about 8.50 or 9.00. an thats a car, carting around several hundred kgs of metal,with a nice big profile, doing 70. not some little 50cc ped weighing about a quarter of the weight , with a small profile, doing 30.

he means a 6mm drill bit drilling down 2mm, will make a 5mm deep holes, because the end of the drill is tapered, so to get a hole 6mm wide, the tapered bit of the drill will have to sink down further, making a deeper, but smaller hole and drilling holes will structually weaken a component, just check out polos, how much of a design flaw was that. any holes that exist have most likely had some thought put into them by people who know wat there doing. , not some idiot with a makita stabbing into the frame. just cut off the top of the helicoil

pretty hard question that one, an i hate to say i think i know the answer, (after spending 2.5 years of my life living it how i wanted not having a clue where im going, but having fun along the way). Hell i been offered the chance to go live in a different country twice in the last 3 months, but have had to turn em both down. now im working for bt, should imagine thats how its gunna stay for a long long time, in some ways its job security... ace, but compared to being a chef, the chances to bugger off to anywhere in the world, and find another job,on the same(ish) pay,then come back when you want, with no strings attached was good. so at the grand old age of 28, will probably be working for bt, in a job sat behind a desk somewhere,earning semi good money, which is all spunked on a mortgage for a crappy house in a dead area of town,but it'swht they call a starter home, gym membership cos at 28 ill of quit trials an will be on me ass all day,wont go, but the membership makes me relax cos i think im fit, so automatically lowers me blood pressure, A car that overly powerful, it needs little more than second gear even on the motorway, purchased purely cos im trying to make up for the extreme lack of fun and excitement as i become a nearing 30 middle aged man.

cant believe im once again turning to this place for advice.but here goes nothing....... my predicament : im 18,going on 19. my last proper relationship was 2 years ago.always used to have nice long relationships, then agree to go on a break for a few weeks/ break up with them over the summer, as always used to go to wales for a few weeks of the summer, an it wasnt fair on either of us at about 15,started finding out that my penis wasnt just for pissing, so used to go round having a bit with whatever was in nearby holiday sites,amusement arcades etc.then realised how much more fun that was then these boring 3 month long relationships(partly cos i never picked slags to go out with, and i was still at the point where i thought "sex = cool" an on holiday anything went,an u nearly always ended up with a total slag doing the same as you) since then, ive had a fair bit, but its been little more than a few week long flings,an a bunch of one night stands, for an ugly bloke, ive got one hell of a filled out scorecard, just cos it was wat i presumed was better, an then was just set into me groove, go out, get wasted, pull, rinse, repeat. but over the last few days its started hittin me, theres more to life than sleeping round. thursday night, away in bristol, went out pulled a bird, only to be told her bf was watching us, which was more than enough reason for him to start on me, shud he of wanted too. later, i was that wrecked, i did the same, with the same girl, now im sure 90% of people would of broke me face for this, although it was purely accidental. started realising its gunna get me hurt soon, or im gunna end up catching ye old rot down there. an besides im starting to tire of going out an getting wasted every few nights. question is, do i a) try an just hook up with a random old school/college friend an see what happens B ) go out on the pull an try an find a long termer(this is by far the easiest option, but i know deep down its the worst idea, as the stuff you pull on a night out generally dont want the 5 year plan) c) theres a bird who was/is best mates with my last real ex, still talk an text an crap even after 2 years, know she wanted me a few months back, or is this spelling trouble?(she knows wat i was like 2 years ago, but i know ive changed since then)

yea, u can run a car pretty much 50/50 on veg oil, an itll run near enough fine, have to register with customs and excise that your using it as a fuel though, an it gets taxed,but im sure theyd have no way of knowing the difference between you using 15l of cooking oil a month and 25, so youd only be paying 60% of the tax anyway., but as i read on the internet, at 10% u wont even smell it on the car.it will run totally normal etc. an wud save money. so.... why arent the government sticking 10% rapeseed oil in at the pumps, it would probably cost them 20 p a litre due to bulk buying, and no packaging etc. could bring down the price of diesel by 5% or so, an the government would still be taking a profit on the cooking oil price. not only that, but would be cutting the use of fossil fuels hugely. reducing emissions, and would be pretty much fulfilling the kyoto agreement. really would be that simple, whack 10% rapeseed oil into the pumps, charge the extortionate tax rate on it, an cut the fuel price 5%. greenpeace would be happy, the drivers would be happy, british farmers would be happy, world environmentalists would be happy,government wouldnt be seeing a loss. but cant see it happening due to the fact that: greenpeace dont run the country drivers dont run the country farmers dont run the country environmentalists dont run the country government dont run the country. but oil companies do run the world.

Bongo, BT apprenticeships vary start dates depending on wat your doing i started last september for bt fleet, but know of jointers who started there courses around the july time, but still, applications are only open for bt between january and end of april/may i think, at least thats how it worked when i joined. sorry to go o/t but for bongo dean court - that name ring a bell.

depends, how bad you need to get places an how bad ur public transport is, in the city, a ped is little use when youve got public transport(altho it will be cheaper an quicker an most likely almost on a par with a car). personally i wouldnt ride a moped, due to the stigma attached to the whole 'ped scene, but then if it came down to ride one to get too work, or not work, id be on a 50cc every day. why bother spending 1500 quid on a ped. seen decent taxed and tested peds(12 months mot is all youl really need on them) talking new style peds as well. for around 350-450 in the local paper or quids in. get one of them, tax an insurance shouldnt come to more than 200. use it for a year to get to an from wer you need to go, spend 300 quid on ur bike.and stick 500 or 600 into however you want to invest it, either leave it in the bank, buy premium bonds, or whatever. that way u get ur transport, get a better bike, and still have a fair chunk of the money needed to learn to drive. and the ped aint gunna lose much more than 50-75 in value in a year, unless u proper stack it, in which case youll be glad you didnt spend 1200 on a new one

will pick up an r reg 306 for the same, be it 1.4 petty, 1.6 petty, 1.8 petty or 1.9td. be a lot better,often quicker, comfier,(more rear leg room in the 306 than in my bmw 3 series)economical(diesel does 55-60 per gallon).

yes once again, i see where your coming from on the amp front. but if hes using 2 small amps, compared to one big amp, both with the same combined total power output, then itll be the same. go back to your physics lessons in school,. Watts = Volts x Amps therefore watts/volts = amps. so if you got a total output of 400watts rms. 400w/12v = 33.3amps. and 200w/12v = 16.65 amps + 200w/12v = 16.65 amps 16.65 amps + 16.65 amps = 33.3 amps. therefore same draw. (note calculations wer done on pop tart packet so aint exact, but its close enough.) wasnt referrin to the whole idea of havin 2 big amps vs 1 big amp, was talking about the difference between having the same power output from one or 2 amps. only difference is cost, wiring complexity etc, not total power output/battery draw. as for power caps, they hold energy for such a small amount of time, its barely noticeable. and the time they take to charge up makes them not much use. aint sayin there completely useless, but would put my money in else where to my system, unless i was going for looks. in which case a power caps ok. but they hold power to keep ur lights or the like on for about a second, its not like they store up ur unused energy all through the day, and let it out slowly over 10 hours during the night, its more like they discharge in a 1/4 second,then a 4 second charge period straight after, at which point the subs worse off than they wud be without them, as there losing a bit of available battery power as its going to be recharging the power cap.

dunno wat the situation is with benefits etc round ur way, but similar thing happened to my mate at 17. was basically kicked out due to him and his sister not getting on, and sister being predicted A's at a level , and him dossing round, he got the kick. yea, it aint the same reasons as you, but situations the same, your homeless and young. hes currently living in a council supported flat or whatever its official term is. yea it aint pretty. but its got , a bathroom, a basic kitchen, a bed, bit of furniture, a tv, with license payed, heating, water(hot and cold), leccy. etc. and his contribution to this is a measly 3 quid a week. yea its not a good life, but its hell of a lot better than losing everything, selling up your personal belongings for food and b and b accomadation, and 6 months down the line, having bugger all cash, and being totally fecked with no fixed abode, so no chance of getting a job. hopefully a few months down the line, hell be working enough, to rent a proper house/flat, slowly get on his feet, yea it aint gunna be easy, and he aint gunna be driving a flash motor, living in his own house, getting a mortgage etc, for a few years. but its all a part of life.

dont do power caps, the worst amount of money you could ever spend on car audio, unless your after looks, much better to just get a split charge system, an a second battery, or just a more powerful alternator. as for the drain from 2 amps being bigger, not really that true. 2 x (200 watts total rms amps) or 1 x (400 watts total rms amp) - im using brackets as im sayin 2 amps vs 1 amp, not the outputs of one amp. both solutions put 400 watts rms out to your subs. both systems draw- yes youve guessed it 400 watts power from your battery(lets not go into amplifier inefficienes,power loss etc). so works out the same really. just 2 amps take more wiring, gain matching on the 2 set equal, and more boot space. but then do often look more expensive.
