well thats what the doctor said and i thought yea what ever do you really know what your on about and it turns out he did, its hurt me with most things after i got the cast of, then as time goes on it started to get better i could not twist my wrist all the way round until about a month ago, but it does not really effect riding that much, apart from there will be a few times one you make a sharp pull are twist, and you get some pain.

I broke my wrist on the growth plate also, last year in april and it meant that i could not do much with that hand for ages because it was so weak and hurt like hell and i could not twist my wrist all the way round, but the doctor said it should stop after about a year and like you said that my hand could grow all dodgy

As it says does anybody lift as well as ride, or any type of other excercise stuff and in your guys opinion is alright to lift for mass and ride (nut not stupidly huge).

If you do or have looked at tartys they sell there bb's at all the same size nearly 127.5mm, but just try it if not get a new one

I wear a helemet always, and gloves for bit more comfort, but i can enjoy my self more try more stuff when i have got a helmet on becasue then i know if i fall of my heads safe, but with out it always got that fear of doing some real damage, but picking a good helemet can look pretty cool, and protect your nogin, and in some cases you look more profesional and people take you more seriously, but thats just what i think.

I have just turned me stock into single speed and im running 22t on front and 18t on back and it seems a bit hard, do i need to get use to it or get a different size sprocket on front or rear , and i was wondering what size sprockets you guys run and do you find it perfect, easy, or bit hard
