Its an opionion on weather it is better to climb or lift, me I prefer to lift, and there is a few different techniques to lifting so it can be fun, put I actually like to try to lift 3 times a week, cant do much more because of work , there are the two main groups ish aswell when lifting weights, power lifting and bodybuilding. but just them on a small scale, not to go stupidly big like erm lets say Ronnie Coleman that guy is HUGE , i would not like to meet that guy in a dark ally.
