Yea but the thing is there should be nothing wrong with lifting, you don't just get big by lifting you have to do everything esle aswell for example eating, taking in about 1-2g of protein per pound of body weight, then getting about 8 hours or more sleep a night, then there is the fact if you over train then they will not grow you have to give them recovery time, becasue you muscles grow when you rest/sleep etc, personaly i would say that there is nothing wrong with lifting, i do, but first have a look at the area your targeting then get some research done on some excersises.
