that was an ok ride, not too many people (only 9) but it atleast allowed us to ride the spots more than if there was lots of people.
-
ECHO team is probably the most used in the world echo team stem with any of the bars that cost 35 quid is a good set up (the most common are the zoo risers)
-
koxx blocks browns *** tarty bikes, then go to pads link
-
guessing you mean eric then courtney and by the way if/when you do get the new ones, it doesnt make a difference what colour they are cause they all work the same and i dont know if you noticed but my right pad is well away from the rim now but thats cause my wheel moved , anyway it still touches the rim the same time as the other (lazy piston )
-
charlie you should really re-think what you say you know, i dont know if you realised but we arnt even meeting by your arangements any way, so yeh everyone has pis**d of from your arangements. p.s by the way next time you decide to organise an event maybe you should actually turn up
-
now charlie, hutley has made it very clear of whats happening so lets keep it that way, rather than another 4 pages of arguments 10 30 is the perfect time to meet! EDIT: Cheerz cal d
-
its a shame that charlie has gone over the top and made EST a load of s**t cause it was good to begin with, and yeh colchester is still on,(wrote this so people dont justflick to page 4 and not read the changes that have occured)
-
est is just a load of me and my mates who ride trials, we have a website which is in my signiture, and yeh charlie i dont like saying this but this topic does make you seem like a control freak
-
totally agree with marcus, you cant control a ride charlie, other people can only get thier at certain times! anyway to let people know us braintree lot are getting the 9 oclock train we will be at colchester at 9 40 ish(unless the train is delayed ) then we will meet everyone at the castle at a time which i dont know lol, i wll post up in a sec unless thutley does
-
yeh im slightly confused at your last comment charlie
-
it seems like that but we will all meet at the castle at whateva time they said, us braintree lot will obviously be there a little early but that gives us time to wake up to the art of trials:d
-
yeh but 9 o clock isnt to early though is it, well lets see what everyone wants to do yeh, then we will take it from there.
-
well seeing as most people are up for it i dont see why i shouldnt come. your arangements seem to be set at a good time marcus. what train are we getting from braintree, how about one around 9 'ish

Look What The Postman Brought Me!
Bearded Midget replied to Adskivw's topic in Beginners Trials Chat
now i like what the postman gave you(Y) how much did that cost you mate? looks pricey -
that is really good, if you didnt posts that you made it i would of been wondering where i can buy the mag thats how good it looks, anyone can mistake this for a real magazine.
-
i will get making, aslong as its extended to easter, great vid there simpson
-
i advise you use tar when a grind is nearly worn off. this is because it squeeks so loud people can hear you from a good 300yards away and its very sharp obviously
-
the difference is that town will be emptier on sunday, therefore getting more riding in, and i wouldnt call that criticising charlie. i think after this weekend you should ask every one in braintree when they can ride colchester, then take there names and create a topic, with the names of who's coming, and what date everyone agrees on, then let people post in the topic who will be meeting us there. this way we can get a fully organised ride going rather than this topic which has gone a bit Awol
-
hi luke im the one on the saracen mad 2 zero with the cable wrapped around i dont know my way around colchester very well. but its in the middle of town and there is a few sets of stairs. it was where that drunk guy kept coming over to us (dunno if you were with us then or not)
-
you will find charlie that our last posts were very useful and you can now buy something from what we have advised. they are not lessons as you are the one asking for the advice.
-
my best gap on flat is from a line in the road up a kirb(well its kinda flat) and i gapped 1.75 lenghts of my bike which was a sarcen mad 2 zero. i had to push the bike well far forward and i had to compress so much it was worth it though
-
i dont think the cracks are showing, i think charlie just needs to organise better lol. and our posts are quite good to this topic because it explains that were not going charlie i do agree, with hutley, colchester is not very good on a saturday. sunday will be a much better date. get to ride the litle court yard bit in town. its proper good!
-
after next the weekend coming i can ride for the next three or 4 sundays as the fishing season finishes. but after those few weeks it will be back to the saturday riding for me
-
well i wont be riding on the road no seat no reflectors on bike but the funniest thing is that as soon as i got my new pedals, before i put them on, i took the reflectors off
-
saracen as i rode a mad 2 zero as my 1st bike and i can do more on that than what i can on my mates mission (most probably because his stem is the size of a 26" stem )
