Yeah it was all prepped blasted etc.. done by me old mans business who have been in the fabrication trade for 25 years now. Its just impact damage i landed on a concrete tube then it just chipped. Any form of finish can chip/damage from impact.

Mine is one of the fair few designed by damon. EDIT: Just looked and realised the headtube is the same (internal shape) which takes standard external headsets. appologies to mark n adam! Mine doesnt have ozonys wrote on the headtube plus the graphics and finish are completely different to mine.. Mine is one of a fair few made which was designed by Damon himself. BUT: It has got " Damon W" wrote in tippex on the bottom bracket.. so therefore its a signature model

Had my old gu powdercoated... Chipped like a b*sterd to be fair. Powder coating doesn't exactly go well on trials frames espicially when they get bashed about.. great on alloy wheels though ill say that.

Hate to tell you this but your wrong... Will upload a pic to show you. the headtube on mine is still a stanard shape where as yours has the look to make it look internal when it isnt. Plus the graphics on mine are slightly different for finish and position.

I live in scunthorpe and have rode donny a fair few times not a bad place. I also go to high melton college 2 days a week doing me degree. Hopefully going back soon. The best places to ride are the hub college, and all stuff near french gate n market etc... There is a group of guys who ride in donny who are all sound as a pound Andy

To replicate the steering on a bmx? due to bmx's having high bars so the need for extra stackers gives more height to it.

For my bb7 i poured water on the rotor and rode around for 10-15 mins pulling the brake until i got a sharp bite. If you dont want to poor water try and set it up to the best biting point and constantly ride around with your brake on until you get a sharp nip. Works for me x

I thought it would be a late 2011 edition . Due to it having the same finish as the piranha 2011. But why would he want a 2011 finish to class it as a 2012 model is my concern?

Looks pretty much the same as my v2 which i got off Damon ( One of a few beefed up versions) Only difference this one has a internal headtube where as mine has a standard external plus the decals look asif they are sat higher on the downtube

Well... the tubing is a lot more thicker compared to the originals. and the headtube is standard instead of integrated.. Over all its a great frame! Feels 10 times better compared to me old piranha

It come out to 10kg which i was quite surprised with. For some reason i was expecting at least 8-9.. I mean weight doesn't really bother me. All the parts on my bike are mainly strong heavy duty to handle my weight of 14.10 stone previously 15.7 stone before i started training a lot at the gym. Anyone care to share there weight of there ozonys? Andy
