I use gaspari nutrion products... great stuff!
I use Gaspari Sizeon wildberry flavour 1 scoop with water ( tastes like kool-aid) as a shake whilst i train to repair my muscles from the previous session.
I have gaspari Myofusion 1-2 scoops with water after training.
My diet is pretty good actually i eat a lot of chicken, tuna, steak, salad fruit and vegetables and just drink water.
I started training in June and weighed 15.7 stone... I now weigh 14.4 and feel a lot slimmer and also more strength and muscle in my body.
I train 1.5-2 hours per day. Each day i have a set routine which part of the body i train. For weight training.. i do 3-4 sets in reps of 20,15,10 and unlimited... Each one of the numbers descending to unlimited is going up in weight.
My training routines are:
Mon - Chest and tris
Tue- back and biceps
Wed- Shoulders
Thur- Caveman group class
Fri- Legs
