  1. oh my god that is amazing! I WANT ONE OF THOSE FRAMES!!!
  2. These are so nice. Only thing that puts me of is the integrated head tube which means i would have to ditch my king headset
  3. My car as it feels good having freedom and being able to get around easier. I remember being younger having to ride to every spot in my town some of them being around 5-6 mils away lol. I also used trains for group rides or if i was lucky i would manage to get a lift of one of me parents as they would go do something for the day whilst i was on a ride.
  4. Amazing. I think he needs a flatland bmx. Still impressive to say he is bossing it on a bike like that!
  5. Me Michael and a few others will hopefully be out riding on sunday. Couple guys from hull may possibly be coming too. More the merrier all welcome no matter what bike or ability just come out ride and have fun . Meeting for 12pm Free Parking in town centre on sundays Train station is only down road from all spots.
  6. I can do it on long distance rides on me fixie or xc bike not a problem. I would find it too distracting on a trials bike.
  7. I keep humming n harring of going to a vee on the rear of my ozonys. The best vees i ever had was me Avid SD3's which came on me 2003 Onza T-vee they worked so responsively with standard pads on a smooth rim with either coke poured on the rim or a slight bit of tar. Now that there is a big range of pads for vee and adaptors it has progressed. They do seem to be good, responsive and cheap to maintain.
  8. So say for example you are a single mum with 4 kids and have no access to tools or knowledge on how to do it. What would one of your first thoughts or reactions be? Or if you are an old retired widowed woman who likes to use there electric bike to get around town and one day gets a puncture? Or even if you suffered with a disability. I could go on if i wanted to. I work in a LBS myself give some people a break lol. I'm pretty sure a purpose of a bike shop is to for sales and repairs? If you think people should get fleeced for that then they may as well all shut there doors and call it a day which result in most people being f**cked if they have no idea in all honesty. Either way it is business for the shop and also helps the customer to get back on there bike.
  9. Agreed and it does not take long to touch someones nerve on here. People who give it big licks on here and daren't say jack all or dont dare make eye contact on ride or at an event is one thing that really annoys me big time. Either way i have a bike i ride.
  10. Twas a good ride n a laugh. I was impressed with this line i got that night. YOLO!!! Many thanks to Screech(Pogo) for filming ;-)
  11. Plus Me, Ricky, Dave, Chris's friend on the zoo and hopefully Liam W. That will soon work out cheaper if we ride it regular. Gonna get some steel rails made up only 1-2ft high ones which can be moved around easily enough. Also should hopefully be seeing me sisters b/f tonight about the cotton reels. Are we still on for a ride there on friday?

    V-Drum Kits

First of all what is your budget? I use a Roland TD9-KX2 rrp is like £2049 but i paid £1649 which is a bargain. Its great to have a electric drum kit as well as an acoustic as i have access to both depending on what project i am on with within my music degree. My other kit being a 7 piece mapex saturn with full zildjian a customs all round. Plus the pro's with an electric kit is you are always guaranteed to get a practice no matter what time or day it is. I find the roland a very good quality of kit especially the mesh heads as they make the difference compered to the likes of rubber heads. It is also easy to record aswell as it is just plug in n play on my interface to record. But now roland seem to be doing mesh head kits at really good affordable prices. Mine is sort of classed as the mid-near top range kit which they offer. Will post a pic ;-) Hope this helps.

  14. Sorry for a bit of a bump. Heres mine. I am currently a 3rd year degree student studying B.A Hons Creative Music Technology. Hence why my set up is quite studio oriantated. Apple iMac with the amazing 15% off student discount ;-) Along with all my recording gear: Interface, hardware controllers, studio monitors and a roland td9-kx2 electric drum kit ( Which is in the corner of room) An attempt of using the panorama 360 camera app on my iPad ( Taken about 5 months ago as i regularly always move my stuff around) EDIT: Also made a quick tour video to relate to one of my portfolios for evidence of working methods:
