  1. It's heavy enough already Nath...
  2. I didn't get on with it. Something about it didn't feel right for me, so I sold it. It can now be found here
  3. It was just the style of riding. I got on it trying to ride hoppy trials and it really wasn't setup for that. I tried riding streety but really struggled to ride in that style.
  4. Nearly Had almost every brand of bike I reckon...
  5. Been tinkering around with the rear profile, and managed to get the rotor far enough away from the frame, but had to shim the caliper a bit. Should be ok, chain lines a bit shabby though. Need to sort out the cranks / bash / sprocket combo, add in some more spacers to make the chain line better. And Dave, yes I know. I'm really not digging the jewish racing gold. WIll be sprayed soon enough.
  6. Oh I will... Already got a single wall rear rim to go on plus maybe a few other bits in time.
  7. The dropouts seem to be the biggest issue. They way they are designed doesnt leave much space for things like chains and disc rotors. I do however like the tensioning system.
  8. The resident bike whore returns... Picked this up at the weekend, first impressions are really good, aside from a few design flaws. Few tweaks still required, but all good so far. Spec: (slightly different to pic) Limey 320 frame Zhi SL fork Hope Mono Trial front & rear Trialtech highrise bars with Trialtech race stem Trialtech cranks with Trialtech Ti halfring bash and Atomz pedals Trialtech Rims front & rear Rockman Bub disc front hub, Profile disc rear hub Creepy Crawler tyres
  9. It was the Atomz Premier 20" full build. Had the Atomz bolt through forks with a standard non disc Atomz hub. I thought about cutting the axel down, but it then meant if I ever changed my forks, the wheel would be useless. Had to wrench the forks apart so far and almost smack the wheel to get it to go in. Wasn't fun when you had front HS33 as well!
  10. I thought the front wheel that came with my Premier 20" was wrong! I had to pull the forks apart really far to get the wheel in / out. Ended up grinding the dropouts down so I could just about squeeze the wheel in. Glad it wasn't just me being stupid.
  11. Thats like me saying I'll have my bike until the end of the year... Looking pretty swish though Nath. Ride soon!
  12. Check your BB is actually screwed in tight and hasnt been unscrewing itself. If your BB has unscrewed slightly, this could be why your left crank is now touching the frame.
  13. Looks good Tris, go easy on it yea...
  14. Gimp is a good bit of software. I use it at work as they won't pay for Photoshop.
  15. ES2, ES3 and ES4 were almost exactly the same. The ES4 was just a lighter version I believe. Wasn't a lot of time difference between them when they were released.
  16. The Echo ES range had been around before the Levelboss came out from memory. I'm pretty sure I remember seeing the Proto levelboss pictures when I was riding my ES3.
  17. If you ever did want to save some weight on it, I've got a 36 hole DX32 sat in the garage. Tried to sell it a few times with no luck, so if you wanted a spare rim to practice on, you can have it for postage cost.
  18. Remember that socket won't carry audio, so you will also need a headphone jack to phono lead as well.
  19. Then you can't run a gyro! If you don't have tabs thats your option.
  20. In which case, I'll have 2 spare seats for small-ish people, preferably who ride mod so I can get all 3 bikes on the rack Simps, I should have a new frame by then (back on your zoo as I didn't get on with the new frame I bought) so if you need to, you can always borrow your old frame. Also location wise, I will be heading up the A31 / M27 so can pick people up from around those areas. If people can get trains to the main areas (Southampton Airport Parkway is the easiest) that would be ideal.
  21. Luke I'm well up for this one. It depends on whether Hannah wants to come as well (shall ask later on) but if I use the rack, I should have space for 2- maybe 3 other people (providing they are quite small and can fit in the back, and have deep pockets to help fund my 18mpg...) Should have the new bike built by then.
