If you want a decent rear disk, I would say go for the Hayes HFX-9 XC. Fred has one on the rear of his megamo and it has immense power and hold. If you're up for spending a bit extra, maybe try a Magura Marta. I ran one on the rear for ages, and loved it. Was miles better than my maggie was in the wet. Those are the only 2 disks I would reccomend for the rear.

I broke my knee years ago riding trials, so I run my tyres soft to absorb a lot of the impact. You will notice in the vid, I dont bend my left knee very much because I cant bend it too far.

Erm, the Car (1.8 mondeo estate) does about 27mpg. The bike (Suzuki GS500) does about 50mpg.

The first round of the Sunseeker Rally starts tomorrow at the Littledown Centre in Bournemouth, from 9:30-4 where the cars will under-go technical checks. At 6pm, they set off on the first stage through Bournemouth Gardens and along the moonlit seafront. Saturday starts off with stage 4, with cars setting off at 8:30, through Ringwood forest, Uddens, Wareham, and Bere Heath for all remaining stages. My dad used to be mates with Martin Lampkin, so I have been brought up around trials. Used to ride mototrials, but with the increase in laws and stuff, resulting in lack of places to ride, I took up cycle trials instead. Not been back on a mototrials bike in a very long time.
