  1. Speaking with the owner of the land today. Hes fine about us using the field but: He enforces "No Alcohol" and being in a residential area, you would need to keep the noise down late at night. Camping is not an issue, but it will be more strict than NASS ect I would like to use this place, as really its my only option. I need to go with his rules as hes letting us use it for free!
  2. no where near... but thats Trials-forum speculation for you
  3. Ticcy what about the Zoo Cranks and bash. The bash is nice and meaty, and from what I have heard, the cranks themselves are pretty cool too. Mitch has them and he cant fault them. Might be worth a look next hampshire comp, have a go on Mitch's python
  4. We will need Tic to supply the "fresh totty" as its Verwood, there arent that many about round here haha! For that, you want sandbanks
  5. Bournemouth Arts Institue is supposed to be one of the best Media Schools in the UK. http://www.aib.ac.uk/ Also means you would be a few miles from us so we can ride haha
  6. Right Im having a meeting with the owner of the land, and he would like to know more details about what I have planned. So can people if you are interested in coming, please let me know what you would like there. Would you like: Shops/Stalls prototypes on display Demos/Displays (maybe some mototrials as well?) Live muisc competitions/raffles/various other prize winning things Local radio station broadcasts anything else? I need to know what you guys want so I know what to organise and what not to. So yea, if you can all please jot some ideas down in here so I can print it off and show the guy, just so he knows roughly what will be going on. Thanks, Andy
  7. Love it Daniel already has a set of broken HiFis sat in the garage, and now, after our ride today, a broken set of Zoos! I dont think there are any forks out there strong enough for danny boy!
  8. One of the Cobras is a kit car with a ford Escort doner (the first one he had) and his latest one is an original Shelby Cobra
  9. We are a classic car/bike family! (not our actual cars, just pics from google) Dads 1940's Series E Morris 8 My Sisters 1960's Triumph Herald My dads Francis Barnett My uncles AC Cobras (he has 2)
  10. Awesome!!! Gotta love that front wheel haha! you have to come down with Luke one weekend so we can have a triton trip to Portland!!
  11. Cant say Ive ever had a problem round here. Round our village, all we get is "community suppoort officers" who cant do anything anyway. They just drive a cop car and pretend to be cops. What gets me is the government saying they are trying to stop crime, not make money, yet one copper we know, everything he says has the word "fine" in it! Going around giving fines to people riding on the pavement isnt stopping crime is it?
  12. Will get Dad to call Adrian some time this week to make sure we have secured the Venue. They can only do so many events in the field each year so we need to make sure it doesnt go over the limit. If it does, I will quickly hunt round for a new venue. Hopefully though, all shall go smoothly! Got some live music set up, and hopefully a biy BBQ ect Shall be what NASS used to be, but smaller
  13. Im staying with my cousin in Snowdon in a few weeks, and Im taking my bike, so are there any riders in or around that area that I can meet up with and show me some natural/street spots??
  14. Sorry Guys wont be coming. Bank manager says "no way" Wouldnt have been so bad but I was hit with £100 worth of bank charges So yea, will have to miss out on that one
  15. Jonny he hasnt ridden a barge in ages He decided 1140-1150 wb (depending on whether he tapped or hooked) was too long, so now hes on a human sized 1080 Aorta
  16. I'll let you take some pics of mine in the lovely russian daylight on the 20th then
  17. The pads were some unknown white pads I had lying in a tool box in my garage. Think they were the old white heatsinks or something.
  18. Hypothetically speaking... Your girlfriend got pregnant, told you she was having an abortion, then broke up with you. 2 Years down the line, not heard from her since the split, a couple of days ago, you happen to see her, walking along with a push chair with a baby in it... Do you assume the worst, ignore what you saw, or what? I know it sounds confusing and random, but people who remember an old topic of mine will know what I mean. Thanks for any help anyone might be able to provide
  19. Oddly, Im coming on saturday Never ridden Bristol before, so Im coming up with Manning
  20. Ahh Ian will be great to see you back! Will have to catch up with you some point. Wont have any one to ride with, with Nick being away for a few months now!
  21. Mr Morris, I might be down, all depends on what time Im home from my track day. Will let you know
  22. The warrenty is a standard 1 year on all defects kinda jobby such as on all other frames. The custom Geo is only an option, so there is a few base specs. Standard geo is as far as I believe: 72 deg Head Angle 359mm Chain stays 1000 wheelbase 45mm BB rise The custom Geo is just an option at no extra cost. So say you like the standard geo, but want a bit more reach, you can ask to have, for example, a 1020 wheelbase.
  23. Im assuming you are relating to the original pics on OTN? Just had to wait for a bash to arrive, wasn't running it UCI intentionally. I know the price is going to be the biggest issue on these frames. I totally respect that 500-600 is a hell of a lot of money to be splashing out on a bike. The way I like to look at it is, people pay a lot of money to be individual, for example cars. People will spend 10-15 grand on parts to make their car stand out from the croud and have it exactly as they want it. These frames are kind of the same. You get a frame exactly as you want it, not how Deng or Mr Koxx wants it. Its also more unique as how many people can say their bike was tailored to their specs out of something as exotic as Ti? Sounds sad but you have that little posing factor, such as people who ride Montys get. When you ride something like that, you feel that little bit more superior to the average Joe Bloggs on his Onza Tpro. Im sure someone out there will tell me Im talking complete dog s**t but its the way I look at it.
