It doesn't actually have more random tubes though?? It has the same amount as any other frame, just arranged differently. Look at GT frames. They have a different shape, but dont have extra tubes? I really dont know how someone can say something looks heavy. If I made a frame that had a standard arrangement, with small thin tubes ect, but made it out of solid steel, would it "look" heavy?

They may look heavy but as someone else said, Joe Seddons is proper light. It looks really nice, something different from the Zoo! look-a-likes ect. From the small ride I had on Joes, they ride nicely too. Hope you enjoy it dude

They do look like Toxin ones, but the ones I have, have reverse 4 bolt mounts? Maybe its because I have the disc version of them?

Nick you'll never beat me with the number of bikes. I have 6 sat in my garage at the moment. Counted them up the other day, had well over 30 in 8-9 years (all be it some different styles of bike ect)
