  1. You're almost as bad as me!! Looking really nice though
  2. It's getting slightly silly now... You've posted an article on a website, linking me to another website... to read a review about another website? Could you not have just linked to the Ozonys site in the first place...?
  3. You'd hardly be able to ride it along, let alone any trials on it. You won't be able to sidehop on it as you won't be able to preload properly without rolling backwards. You wouldn't be able to gap on it again because you couldn't preload and once you kick, you would struggle to get your pedals back to the right position before having to apply the brake.
  4. Off the top of my head: Intel 3Ghz processor 4Gb RAM 512mb GeForce 8600 GT dual output GFX card Onboard sound card 230Gb Hard drive CD/DVD writer Built in multi-format card reader
  5. QUOTE (Joey B @ May 15 2009, 01:30 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>Nice setup there. Where abouts did you get that desk from and is that 2 22" monitors you have squeezed in there??? The desk was from Staples I think, couple of years back though. I wish the monitors were 22", but they are only 19". The whole PC including monitors is going up for sale at the end of the month, as I'll be picking up my 24" Mac
  6. Give Astral Couriers a ring on 0800 180 4198 I have an account with them for sending out bikes ect, and they are really good value. They should be able to give you a quote over the phone.
  7. Im a service & Support engineer for Gemalto/Streamline (a division of RBS) supporting the live estate of credit cards, card terminals, transactions and all the systems involved in paying by card.
  8. Yes there is a Helicopter and a didgeridoo on my wall
  9. I think perhaps this video is so bad... it actually derseves this...
  10. Thank you, thank you, thank you, I actually love you!!! I can finally use the phrase..... WORST EDIT.......EVER!!!
  11. Im technically a freefaller, but I move around so much when I sleep I probably go through every one of those...
  12. HD Cameras have been the biggest drain on my bank account, ever since I bought the damn camera. Unless you are buying a more top-end camera, and have a damn high specced PC / or a MAC I wouldn't suggest it. At £400, you will get on so much better looking at Standard Definition MiniDV cams, preferably with 3CCDs. Have a look around Amazon ect and see whats available at that price range. New cameras at £400, you will get a good choice of highstreet names, and are all much of a muchness, so just look for features that appeal to you. However if you want to venture into the 2nd hand cameras, you will get a lot more for your money.
  13. Thank you Rich . For me, that has hit so deep down and made me think about all the wicked times we had on street and rides and hampshire comps. Its amazing to think how one person has made such an impact in my life, and left that lasting impression that I will never forget. Ride those clouds with Pride Deej
  14. I used to use the Red backed ones in my Magura Martas years ago. They worked really well in all conditions, but I wouldn't say they were that much better than standard pads on a clean, well maintained and set up disc.
  15. Oh my.... Its like Frankenstand....
  16. Or just learn how to build wheels correctly??
  17. You can pick up some reasonably cheap 26" bikes, which will be so much better for you to learn on. Don't get too hung up on seats/no seats and gears/no gears etc, just concentrate on getting a bike sorted and getting the balance and the basics sorted. As you get better, you can swap and change things, go single speed or whatever you want to do, but at the early stages these are not limiting factors. If you're quite small, have you considered getting a 20" bike instead? They may be easier for you to learn on and manoever around. Have a look round of some of the trials shops and see what you can get in your price range. I think for a first bike its better to get something new, as you know exactly what the condition of everything is and it will require less maintaining in the early stages. You never really know exactly what you are getting with a 2nd hand bike.
  18. No you wont Dave, because you will have a new rim mid week
  19. There is some stuff, but you really need to hit it at night to be able to ride. Just means you have to put up with the drunken fools asking you to do a backflip. As Dave said, best bet is to talk to Nick Manning as hes more of a local. I'm not a million miles away, but still after 20 odd years, have no idea of my way around Bournemouth If you're round that kind of area, Poole and Sandbanks are probably better to ride. Andy
  20. When I ran a magura on the rear of my Bionic B-4, there was a fair amount of flex. Over time, theres a chance it "could" cause a crack around the seatstay. As has been said, a decent booster on there and it will be fine.
  21. Don't blame me, it was Rainbird! Oh and Prawney too....
  22. The chrome rims do look good but if you're planning on using a grind, I'd just get a silver one. I have a try-all chrome rim on the rear of my mod, but I had to attack the braking surface with a grinder, like 2 jews fighting for a penny, as the brake just wouldn't work on the smooth surface. Shame as they do look good and "blinging" but more suited to a rear disc to keep them looking nice.
