  1. Change the CS to 390 and you've got a winner. People only chose 380 cs in the poll because almost all frames with horizontal dropouts require that CS length to get a proper chain tension. 390 feels way more stable on the back wheel and two wheels as well. Copy the Stinger Geo!
  2. Such a beast. What gear ratio do you run?
  3. Wow! Sick vid Damon!!! More like this please!!!!!!! I'd like to see the outcome of the drop gap at 52 sec. lol
  4. Get a proper ride on it yet? Comparisons to the dob?
  5. Wow, that looks amazing! Way nicer than I expected! Mad props dude! OH, and I thought I'd mention that your FANS weighs the exact same as my DOB 26" bike did! Same frame as the one you broke too.
  6. TF really isn't that bad. There are a few annoying users, but at least everyone on here tries to be constructive. People on here aren't always going to get along, but at least they arn't posting pictures of black cock or making threads to purposely mock other members. OTN is and always will be a joke. A bad joke.
  7. LOL they wrote a trials forum hate thread as soon as they got their site back up. I vote we hack them again. TF hate thread
  8. Absolutely sick riding on the 26". Loved how fluid you made things look, even though you aren't used to the bike yet. It might help you to change your pedal up technique to more suit the bigger bike.
  9. I ordered 3 frames and he sent me the wrong ones. He offered to take them back, but paying for shipping to send them back just wasn't worth it. He's done similar things with other orders as well...sorta sketchy. I wouldn't deal with BTS again... Also, you should know that the dob nova is quite short compared to your coust. I think the coust v2 has a 675~ mm reach, and the dob nova has a 660 mm reach. So it'll feel very different! There was someone on OTN that ran one with a koxx fork and the WB came out to something ridiculous like 1060.
  10. Nah, skate shoes are shit along with 50/50s. Get better pedals and some proper trials shoes. And if that doesn't solve your problem, then you need to practice more.
  11. Not a real big fan of the full bike. Geo looks really strange, the bb looks too high and the reach looks way too short.
  12. Would be nice if deng made a frame with a bb higher than +35 but not as high as +60. Oh, and longer stays is a must!
  13. 26 - Gilles 24 - danny 20 - cls and benito
  14. Well, considering this frame is like 1.6 kg, I figured the overall weight, especially with dual maggies, would have been under 10 kg. My ZHI is 1.9 kg and I'm running a fork with a steel steerer, avid 8" front disc, deng cranks, and my bike is 10.3 kg...but I do have some much lighter parts like tires and wheels, thats really where I saved most of the weight. That fans bike could probably cut 0.5 kg on tires alone.
  15. Looks a bit too short...650 reach is shorter than an inspired....
  16. That bike looks spectacular. I'm surprised at the weight of 10.2 kg though, but I'm sure you could have saved some weight on the tires.
  17. Yeah, anything started by tomcat45 is absolutely retarded. It's impossible to give him any sort of advice. He asks about choices A, and B. You tell him go with B, and he chooses C. Not to mention his inability to write anything coherent.
  18. My god, anyone who's taken high school chemistry could tell you that Carbon is lighter than aluminum, or that titanium is heavier than aluminum. It's the amount of material used that matters more. Titanium is often considered in lightweight parts because you don't need to use as much of it to produce the same result. Titanium is much stronger than aluminum, so a much thinner tubing can be used, and lighter components can be made, even if base titanium is heavier than aluminum.
