  1. How tough is it to set up a modstock rear end? I'm going to be running that same setup on my DOB, but I havent put it together yet...waiting for the shop to lace my wheel and such...
  2. Echo Control short is good. I've got one and can manual it for miles. My brother has a Toxsin One, and I don't know how in god's name you could manual that thing. Anything with a short wheelbase is pretty good
  3. I tried the short one and loved it. Rides mint.
  4. SO, I'm wondering what chain tugs I should use on my new DOB frame. I've got a Chris king Bmx hub for it, anyone have any recommendations?
  5. LOL! Some decent riding, but some very immature parts...
  6. Yeah...I ride with truvativ bars and haven't had problems yet Trials specific bars scare me...
  7. My thoughts exactly! I'm running that now and it's BEAST!

They're all pretty damn fun. So what happened to those DOB rims you were testing? Final rating?
  9. Was it the first gen DOB or newer model?
  10. Video doesn't work for me. I click play and it doesn't start.
  11. It's short because it has a mega short rear end, and a sharp head angle...would probably be like 1005 or something with regular length chainstays. Check on tarty, the front end length is the same as the other frames...
  12. I've got a DOB frame and my friend has a Echo Pure frame(new one). The DOB frame's rear end flexes less than the echo does. The tubing is also much thicker, and the frame is so much lighter....
  13. I need to know the dimensions of an Echo front disc hub so that I can calculate spoke length to lace it to a 536 mm ERD rim. Anyone know?
  14. Really Crazy stuff in there. Awesome rider.
  15. I'm in Canada. Probably none.
  16. Would it work without snail cams?
  17. I just need to know if this hub will fit in mod stock type (116 dropouts)?

    Couple Of Falls

I havent had any of those problems with mine
  19. There's really only one record that I'm aware of, there are others that I wouldn't really count as world records...but Benito Ross sidehopped a 53" bar back in the day. I don't think anyone has sidehopped a higher bar yet.

How so? Looks like the held up well...
  21. A lot of the newer, smaller cog'd cranks have thread on cogs. The bash guard just slips on, then you screw on the cog onto the crank, and as you pedal...it tightens...to hell. Next to impossible to remove them.
  22. I've had 3 denguras. The first one leaked on the first ride, was unusable afterward. The second one worked well, then I broke a hose, and rebled it with water. Huge mistake. It leaked all the time, I'd have to rebleed the brake every second day. It also became very spongy and slow acting with the water inside...not designed to be used with water as far as I can see. On the third one, I didn't want to run it, so I gave it to my brother and bought a maggie No problems with the maggie, quicker rebound, no spongyness, and the cylinders seem to move more, so it has better lever feel as well. I'd never buy another dengura. Too much hastle. They need to start using olives with them as well, makes shortening the hose a fack load easier.
