  1. Very little. I don't feel I'm technically good enough of a rider for most natural anyway...
  2. Yeah, I'm running a meta 410x35 fork. I think this frame is designed for a 410x45 mm fork. The WB measures 1083 with my urban fork. This bike rides amazingly
  3. Nice ride. Looks like it would spin/hop/manual very well!
  4. Not a comp bike. Just a bike that doesn't have -40 bb and a suspension fork. His bike is honestly so far from being a trials bike...it's ridiculous.
  5. I wish leech would ride a real trials bike. He looks awful on that thing.
  6. Here's a quick clip too: Vimeo
  7. Measured geo with Meta fork: 1078 WB 385 CS 72.5 HA +40 bb 670 reach
  8. Rides both. He's bored with trials, so he's doing bmx for a change.
  9. So, James sent me this video last night. Absolutely amazing. As far as I know, he started riding bmx pretty exclusively after getting back from Europe last September. Youtube Link
  10. Mine works excellently.
  11. I quoted the geo from the original post. Not 24uk geo. 24uk is 1025, +25, 385, 73. I think that it doesn't hurt at all to run a short chainstay on a 24" bike, especially if you want it to be park worthy. Something like 370 would be fine. For a more trials worthy appeal, 380 is what I'd go with. 385 seems a bit long for a 24" wheel. I don't like +25 bb because you have to run ridiculously high handlebars to make up for the added bb height. +25 is good for a TGS bike, but not for a streety trials ride. It wouldn't be as bad if the length were a little longer, like in the case with Inspireds. But even with those, you have to run a really high bar. Check out the Reset geometry, that looks really nice IMO.
  12. I found a tone of other pictures on Chinese forums: The dropouts look thicker than I thought: Interesting silver/black scheme: White: Silver/White:
  13. I own one. I don't find it's very good for street at all. Quite difficult to maneuver. The handlebar would need to be extremely high in order for the front end to not feel low as the bottom bracket is so high. I don't think 24" bikes should go any higher than +20, +10 to +15 is ideal IMO.
  14. The WB is too short and the bb is too high. Makes for an awkward riding bike. Try the geo I mentioned
  15. 24uk geo is rank. His geo sounds pretty interesting. The short chainstays and sharp head angle would make the front end feel decently long...I'd like to try that myself. "GEO: wb 1015 , cs 370, bb+20 , ha 74, sa 71, 120 ht length" Like he said, this geo is more bmx/streety. If you want to do more trials specific moves, look into something with a longer WB, like an inspired or Reset. Personally, if I were to build up another 24" trials bike, I'd go with 1045 wb, 73 HA, 380 CS, +15 bb.
  16. Grinds are a lot more powerful than tar alone, and grinds don't become sticky like tar does. Put a deep grind in your rim, get a good set of pads, and you'll be set for 5+ months.
  17. That was amazing! I want to see more!
  18. Whats with bringing up a dead topic?
  19. Do you know how to full stroke tap? It's a much more effective technique, and it allows you to run a much lighter gearing.
  20. Are you using a half stroke or full stroke?
