  1. When you say it like that above though, it seems like your saying all 24" riders ride like they would on a BMX. I don't ride my 24" like I would ride my BMX, I like my hip hop too much
  2. The M5 helicoil tap size is either 5.15mm or 5.20mm. I would probabbly say no to helicoiling any of the M6 threads. Theres not really enough material left to tap. If you think about it, the top of the M6 thread will measure roughly 5mm, but the bottom of the thread will measure roughly 6mm. I would say keep the M6 bolts in there.
  3. I've got all three....... Leeson 24" Monty 221 Ceaser Canas Saracen team M.A.D (soon to be Zoo Pirahna!) Getting rid of the monty though as I don't use it at all. Should all the 20" riders get a BMX aswell then?
  4. Hi all Does anybody know the ERD of the Revell rear trials rim? Its the one with the hex holes in it. As far as I know its the same as the Viz rim below. Its the 36hole version too. I have had a look on viz's site, and their distributers site with no luck. If I had the rim with me I would measure it myslef, but I havn't got it yet. If anybody has any ideas, would be great!
  5. As above, could be a dead bottom bracket. Could be something as simple as taking the BB out to put copper slip on the threads, put it back in. Put some copper slip on the splines or taper of the BB that the crank sits on. Could help.
  6. Dam, looks like I'm riding reading or oxford now....... Extra hour in the car, grrrrrrr.
  7. I may be there. What time and where are people meeting?
  8. Seems not to function when you select "search titles only", other than that I find it works.
  9. I was thinking about buying off here. Not 100% sure as yet though. £95.32 for a Zoo Pirahna frame. I think by the time you add P&P, VAT and any other import charge you'll be looking at £170 for that. Could be worth the risk, but theres the potential of the wrong parts being sent. Is it really worth it.......... I'm still not sure.
  10. Post up your current spec? People may be able to suggest what would be best for you. Beaten, dammit
  11. Have you got a picture of it? If possible, drill a small hole where the crack has stopped. Will help prevent it spreading any further.
  12. Thats the best picture I could find. Where the circles are, there are two 90 degree angles. I'm quite sure this is where they crack, you need to get a needle file and just put a small radius on each corner.
  13. I'm not sure chip and bin is the way forward. Education should come first (i know its been done to death). If someone is constantly abusing the waste system and not recycling, they should be chipped to monitor them. I'm quite surt the majority of the UK tries its best to recyle, where as some just don't give a shit.
  14. I'm a tard, I'm not running 16/14, I'm running 18/14. Numpty.
  15. Would a bashguard fit with the bash plate still on? May do the trick.
  16. That was an example, you can get them for cheaper. If I was seen extracting a bolt with a screwdriver in work, I would be shot.
  17. I would strongly advise against doing that! Your might not get enough torque with a screwdriver. If you want to have any chance of saving your frame, get a set of easy outs. Ebay Stud Extractor Make sure when you buy a set, get one like the above. Theres others that you can buy which are more like THIS but I've never had any sucess with them. If it was mild steel there would be no problem
  18. Three people have voted, and none of them even ride a Zoo from what I can tell. Trolls.
  19. I think its down to a combination of how you ride, and if you happen to get one thats been made properlly. Tolerances are all over the place on them. Personally, I would play it safe and get a Tensile or similar. Drivetrain is something you shouldn't really skimp on.
  20. You may have a little trouble drilling the heli coil, their rather hard!!!
  21. I think the restrictions on fishing should be tightened so much more than it is now. I don't give a shit about anyone whining about loosing their jobs, and that their family had been fishing since the Romans. If they carry on the way they are now there will be no fish left to fish. I would be quite happy not to eat any fish for the rest of my life as long as it meant fish stocks grew back to what they would have been before 1900. Greed.
  22. Dam, forgot the whole of Britain comprimised of England.
  23. 16/14 suits me fine. Gaps nice, just requires effort to get any sort of speed out of it.
