-
I would take a pic, but last nights mini adventure really has taken its toll on me. All day in work today on my poor feet struggling to repair all the dam bikes. Ohh the strain. Just get one lol.

Trials_forum Will Lead To Fights At Trials And Rides One Day!
Trials Punk replied to Matt_Tupman's topic in Chit Chat
Thats made me realise, I've been around here about 4 years. Feeling old now. I hate you all, go find a spoon and kill yourself with it. -
My mates running 14mm pegs on his marzocchis. He may have been the one you seen on pinkbike he's all over it flipping stuff. Flip turndown with pegs? I thought it would just hurt.
-
Good thinking, now I have to remember our stores account and pass with them. Cheers for that. Technical support at halfords is crrrrrrap.
-
Right, has anyone got the part number for Truvativ blaze 175mm powerspline cranks. I'm in a bit of doo doo in work and don't fancy ringing truvativ in the netherlands. Put it this way, two x-iles sitting out the back with no cranks and crimbo on its way.
-
I have two, on my freeride norco type rig, 203mm rotors. Straight out out of the box their amazing. Really powerfull. When I got back on my trials bike I didn't feel safe anymore. Especially without a front brake still.
-
Yes, but we've got ours on display sh*tbox. :P Guess what, our stores taking more money than yours , with £12'000 less payroll. *As if you care*
-
I've just ordered the new 20" MAD for the store (halfrods). Looking better than the older models.
-
Alright, that sounds better. I think the gb will be needed. See, I get a full time job and the first thing I do is blast away at money. *Promises to start saving after crimbo" :)
-
Right. I'm just going to start here. i'm going to order the case and psu. CASE PSU I can go from there then. I should thnk 480watt will be enough. Not too much is it?
-
Thing is, this is the family computer. I want one of my own. That I know the inns and outs of. With a nice case. I just want a gaming machine that I'vebuilt myself that can go in my bedroom. So what motherboards can you reccomend that can take PCI express graphics cards. Another question, I want to buy this ATX case CLICK HERE But it dosn't come with a psu, would all atx psu units fit in there?

Ahh darn. Current spec is Intel Pentium 4, 3.0Ghz 512mb RAM Radeon 9800 Graphics Card Is AGP really that bad?
-
Cheers for the info mate. I must have posted just after you. I'm not all that clever with PC's. Rememeber that. I'd just like to build one fr myself. I could always sell my Radeon not too old. Plus there is a small market for them. So the nForce 4 graphics cards are PCI? So I can run one of those instead. Its not something I'm going to rush to build, so I can spend some money on it. Heres another question, shall I go intel or amd? lol Been looking at these bundles. Intel seem to be at stupid prices. Intel Bundle AMD
-
Supose its bad to srimp on the memory. I'll go for a 1gb RAM probs. Any info on the AGP slot at all?
-
Right, I'm building up my own PC. I need some advice. Do I need an AGP slot to run my graphics card, is a radeon 9800. Was looking at this motherboard nForce4 Ultra (939) Can I put my graphics card on there? Going to have a Athlon 64 3500 processor on there too, 512mb RAM. So guys, anyone know the answer, could I run it on there?

Firstly I've learnt to have a good wheel you have to look after it, whoever built it. Keep the spokes at a good tension. Secondly build them yourself, its much more satisfying. Your best off getting an old wheel, spokes and a hub which will just fit togher. Too get the lacing patterns right. You can get the patterns off the internet, and how to build them strong. Best way is to build them yourself, I'm sure many will agree.

Random Question... Who On Tf Works In A Bike Shop?
Trials Punk replied to street trials rider's topic in Trials Chat
Well considering we only opened in september, people hardly know we are here. PDI bikes hardly seem to come back (especially if you don't explain the 6 week check) idiots with boxed bikes come back often expecting everything to be all ready to ride for them. -

I think at the moment we have around 80 bikes to pdi before crimbo. I'm sure more well established stores would do alot more. Just can't wait for the awkard customers after crimbo, I love a good argument, especially when its something like "I bought this bike, and the cranks have fallen off!!" "Did you buy it boxed?" "Yes" End of, lovly. Can I interest you in these really cheap cranks as a replacement, and charge you for the privilge. -

Some nice pics there. I especially like the one with "EMO SCUM f**k OFF" Love it.

Ahhh shite, I just ordered some of those for halfords. Hopefully I won't get the turd ones.

I'm with the people saying keep brant out of the trials industry over here. If the quailty of a 24" frame is going to be anything like the zebdi it will be utter sh*t. If the warrenty issues would be anything like the zebdi it would be utter sh*t. When I buy a frame I would usually expect it to last more than 4 odd months of light riding. It was a flipping street frame. I'd say not to bother, really isn't worth it. I'll stick with my leeson.
